After being abroad for 10 days, I climbed into my car and was shocked to see a low tire‑pressure warning on my left front tire. I had a full day of errands ahead of me and very little patience for delays. I checked the tire closely and saw no obvious puncture, so I figured I’d take the car to a tire shop near home. At that point, I assumed my day was already a lost cause. Instead, I was greeted with a warm smile and a handshake from the assistant manager, Parker. Within ten seconds, he spotted a nail embedded in the tire and, with a wry grin, said, “They call me the tire whisperer.” He walked me to a spotless waiting area and offered a cold bottle of water. I settled in for what I expected to be the usual two‑to‑three‑hour wait—only to be stunned when he pulled my car around five minutes later. The entire experience took no more than 10–15 minutes, and I was able to salvage the rest of my day. I won’t forget Parker’s friendliness, professionalism, and sense of humor. Five stars all the way.
