  I was given a vehicle that continuously shut off. The check engine light and the power steering light came on. Checked with multiple locations but no comparable vehicle was available. Was charged full price. Used my corporate account but will not be using enterprise again.

  I normally don’t make posts like this, but I had to because of the major inconvenience this created. As a loyal customer of Enterprise Rent-A-Car, I’m honestly very disappointed with how this situation was handled. I had a reservation booked, only to get notified the DAY OF that they “didn’t have any cars available.” Meanwhile, there were clearly cars sitting on the lot. No real solution was offered either — basically just “tough luck.” What’s the point of making a reservation if it doesn’t actually reserve a vehicle? Poor communication and even worse customer service. After this experience, I will not be renting from Enterprise moving forward.

  If I could give zero stars I would. I was incorrectly charged for an additional four days on my car rental which was billed on 4/2, along with a gas refill fee that should not have been applied. In total, I am owed $185. I’ve made several attempts to resolve this, including speaking directly with a manager, and was repeatedly assured that the issue would be taken care of. Unfortunately, there has been no follow-up or resolution, and I’ve had to initiate all communication myself through multiple calls. I tried to be patient and trust those assurances, but nothing has been done. Based on this experience, I will be avoiding this location for future rentals.

  I can’t say enough about the service I received from Jonas this past Saturday. I reserved a car using the Expedia app. I picked another location to pickup the car. When I arrived there I was told they didn’t have a number for me and that they also didn’t have a car for me. I then asked if there were Amy other locations that may be able to help. I was then directed to this location and within 10 minutes before closing Jonas found me a car and had me checked in and on my way. I can’t express enough how grateful I am for everything! Thanks again Jonas and I will definitely be returning.

You can tell they’re not just clocking in, they’re locking in. Customer service here isn’t forced, it’s natural. And let’s talk about Jessica for a second… she a real one. You can see her influence all over that place. The team moves like they’ve been coached right—respectful, attentive, and smooth with building rapport without making it feel fake or over the top. That kind of consistency doesn’t happen by accident, that’s leadership. Honestly felt less like a rental counter and more like pulling up on people who actually got you. Quick, easy, and somehow still a good vibe the whole time. If every Enterprise ran like this, renting a car would be something people actually look forward to.
