    I have been renting from this Enterprise location for almost 4 to 5 months now and I have nothing but great things to say. From day one they made me feel valued as a customer and always made sure I was taken care of. The staff is absolutely amazing — they have truly become like a little family to me. Every single time I walked through that door I left feeling whole. The energy in that place is infectious — always filled with laughter and genuine warmth. You can feel that the people there actually love what they do and care about the people they serve. The managers are the best and the staff is impeccable. Their customer service is on another level and they have set the bar high for every rental experience I’ve had. It didn’t matter what I needed, they always came through. I mean this sincerely — no matter where life takes me, if I ever need a rental this will always be my location. If you’re looking for a place where you’re treated like more than just a customer, this is it. Five stars all the way!

    I normally don’t make posts like this, but I had to because of the major inconvenience this created. As a loyal customer of Enterprise Rent-A-Car, I’m honestly very disappointed with how this situation was handled. I had a reservation booked, never notified they “didn’t have any cars available.” Meanwhile, there were clearly cars sitting on the lot and they gave same segment cars to others still not sure why they didn’t give car to m. No real solution was offered either. What’s the point of making a reservation if it doesn’t actually reserve a vehicle? Poor communication and even worse customer service. Front office people are not even providing an update even ask. I would avoid this location.

    I had an amazing experience at this location and particularly with the manager Jessica! She went over the top and out of the way in a clutch situation to take especially good care of me in meeting my needs on a rental! She even came out personally to wash my vehicle to make sure it was suitable and clean and up to my expectations! Such an excellent spirit on Jessica and the other staff at this location! Very kind and professional and they really care! Thank you again Jessica, and thank you Enterprise! May GOD continue to use you all mightily and bless you for His glory! You were such an answered prayer and a miracle in my situation!

    I would absolutely never rent from this location near concord mills. I wish I could give zero stars. We received the most abysmal experience I've ever had in renting a vehicle from enterprise. If this is who they hire as their managers, they're going to end up closing down this location. It was the worst customer service I've ever received in years. We arrived to pick up our mini van reservation for our vacation and the "manager" told us they gave away their last van. He offered us no assistance to find another van at another location and blamed us for not "coming sooner". Sir- Our reserved arrivals time on our reservation was noon. If you want someone before noon don't give them a hold time of noon! Then he promptly told us to leave so he could close down and "get home and away from our nonsense" Why would you give away someone's van rental before they arrive And them blame the customer and be shocked when we are upset? . When I said I wanted to speak to their region manager he said "it won't make a difference, they ain't gunna fire me". Bye! Seriously, that's who you have as your Saturday manager? Disgraceful. He should be fired. End of story. You use to have quality people working there. Never going back and will make sure our business and any associates, family and friends never use this location.

    I'm renting permanently car at this location for around 4 years. Was ok but there is new staff and it horrible and not professional. I was always called to come do monthly renewal but this staff is not interested so I came and try to do renewal. They don't know how they said that they have to swap the car but after couple days car was not ready and they still didn't know how to do renewal than car for some reason became available but they decided that they won't respect company rental agreement. During my conversation with so called manager he was stop taking care about me and started talking to next customer and than ignored this one and started discussing with staff about lunch break. I came to try do renewal so he finally told me that he can't let me drive this car because its on recall. So the question why they didn't call me first should I sew Enterprise for risking my life driving defective car? When I told the manager that I was couple days ago here and nobody told me about this he said that I didn't speak to him so I said I am dealing with enterprise not with particular person. It's super not professional. It was horrible experience. In the end I paid extra for 1 day to get out of there because I had doctor's appointment. I told them that I have to go when I asked for the receipt he ironically luthing and asked if I have time to wait for receipt. As I said I rent permanently cars at this location about one month ago I swapped car (at this time there was no problem with respecting our rental agreement) and the car smelled badly like ashtray. I came back to swap it was not possible to drive this car. They were mad they said that I'm changing cars too often. I don't know how it works but staff in this location completely doesn't care.
