- AFAsh F2 days ago5.0Super seamless experience. Book online for best rates. I was there about 8 mins from point of contact to turning key (walk-around, contract, payment). Customer service was good. Only feedback is when I walked in I wasn't greeted professionally and there were like 5-6 people up front.

Told them and the said oh no we can't take that. Then some employees talking behind my back saying outta state ppl always trying to do this

They tried to offer me a small sedan instead. In what world is a small sedan comparable to a mid size suv? Terrible customer service for a enterprise plus member.

She was dismissive, combative, provided zero clarity to questions we had. I’ve never had to interact with her previously and I hope that was the last time. No one with that attitude should work in customer service. My daughter left in tears based on how she talked to her. I called the main number to file a complaint and was told a manager would call me back, yet they never did. I will never do business with this location again.
