  Arrived to pick up after a late flight was very tired. The woman who assisted was extremely courteous and kind and had a good personality. Very helpful. We happened to get an upgrade because they were out of our midsized option.

  You can only book reservations with them if you have a flight ticket at that airport. They still let you make reservations online without any warmings. Terrible service.

  Here’s a polished version of your complaint that keeps your frustration clear and professional: I am extremely disappointed with Enterprise and the customer service we received. We were scheduled to pick up our rental car on Saturday, May 30, 2026, at the Concord-Padgett Regional Airport (JQF). According to the posted hours, the location was supposed to open at 8:15 a.m. My husband arrived shortly after 8:00 a.m., but no one was there. He repeatedly attempted to call the location and other Enterprise numbers but was unable to reach anyone. On one occasion, he connected with someone, but the call was mysteriously disconnected. While waiting at our hotel, I also called Enterprise and eventually reached a representative who transferred me to the escalation team. The representative attempted to contact the manager and assured me that we would receive a call back. Unfortunately, we never received any update, apology, or communication from anyone at Enterprise. My husband spent more than two hours at the airport waiting before ultimately renting a vehicle from another rental company. We were in town for a family wedding and had a very limited amount of time. Because of this situation, we missed out on meeting up with family for breakfast that were out of town as well. This added unnecessary stress to what should have been a joyful weekend. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service, communication, and accountability. A simple phone call or update would have gone a long way. To date, no one has reached out to apologize or explain what happened. Based on this experience, I would not use Enterprise again, nor would I recommend the company to others. This version is firm, factual, and appropriate for a complaint to Enterprise corporate customer service.
