  Rafael's customer service skills were such a comfort when choosing Cardinal. We needed an inspection for a used car we were considering purchasing. Cardinal was thorough and we are very grateful. Very reasonable price at $119 after tax for the inspection. God Bless all who read this🤗.

  Best. Auto. Repair. Shop. There. Is. I’ve taken my vehicles to Cardinal for simple jobs like an oil change before but this time around, I was having some issues with a dealerships service job that ended up with me towing my vehicle to Cardinal to get a diagnostic. Speaking with Rafael has been the most pleasant experience despite the nightmare I am going through right now with my recently purchased vehicle from said dealership. His thoroughness in explaining their findings was truly appreciated, as well as his straight forwardness, transparency & honesty. Kudos to you Rafael and to your team for the wonderful things you guys do.

  Really impressed with the service, the shop was very clean and organized and the young man behind the counter,Raffaello, was very professional and courteous, everything worked out well.My old truck is a 2008 Toyota with 184,000 miles, looks good and I can see where I'm going now with the new head lights !

  Great experience with Cardinal Auto Repair! My AC went out in my truck and they were so quick to get it working and get it back to me, all while keeping me informed throughout the whole process! AC is back on and working great!! Thank you guys!!

  My wife and I have been going to another repair shop for a while and we decided that we wanted to look for a different repair shop that we felt was operating with honesty and integrity. I did some searching online and I found Cardinal Auto Repair. I brought my wife’s car in and my car for two different things and I was totally blown away by the service and the communication. I think what was the extra step for me was that Raph provided detailed updates about what was going on and the testing they were doing. We will definitely be back and we highly recommend Cardinal Auto Repair.
