    Bought an alternator from them. Put it on was a faulty part. Took it back got another one and yet again it was a faulty part. Went to the junkyard and got one and it worked. Tried to take the faulty part back to them to get a refund and was gave the run around. $270 part and was offered $37 or a new one from them. Why would I need another bad alternator from them? Getting 2 bad parts in row. Why would I not get a full refund?

    I would prefer to write raving reviews; honestly, positive experiences should be shared and I really try to find the silver lining in my experiences.. I like to think that I'm pretty easy to please, so the bar is not high folks. Walk in this particular store last week looking for a specific type of battery that was listed online as in-stock. Of course, they don't actually have it. But that's okay - I'm not in a rush for it so I ask them if they can order it. Clerk writes down my contact info, tells me he'll order it and it will be there the following Tuesday and he'll call me. Tuesday comes - no call. So I call. No record of the order or anything under my name. And instead of offering to help, order it again (or the first time), or find me a store that has it in stock, I just get an "I'm sorry that we couldn't help you" and that's the end of the call. I'd rather be praising them for a job well done but poor customer service seems to be the way things are these days. Hopefully next time will be better - I do plan to give them a chance at redemption in the future.

    Rudy who works with the commercial accounts is absolutely awesome! He was very professional and pleasant from the moment I interacted with him. I went in today to pick up my order and he offered to put on my wiper blades. He also gave me great advice on my items and assisted me with getting the right products!

    It’s snowing out like crazy. My alternator failed that day. Took it off, went to the store, picked it up. Installed on my car. Up and moving again. Thank you to the folks at this store for being open on a day when most other places were closed due to the snow. I would have been down 100% if you all were not open. Thank you!
