  One of my drivers blew a tire and they came right out. Very professional, quick service, and VERY fair rate! Unfortunately we get taken advantage of a lot out there, but this company was A+++ awesome! If you’re stranded, definitely give Jackson’s a call!

  I would highly recommend Jackson’s towing. I thought that they would be expensive from just seeing the bigger fancier looking trucks that I’ve seen. We have always used a local towing company exclusively, and after an incident the beginning of the year, I said I would never use that company again. So when this accident happened, I didn’t know anybody else to call, but I knew that Jackson’s towing name and I told the officer to call Jackson’s. He was literally there five minutes after we arrived on scene 20 minutes after the wreck happened very fast service very friendly, Professional, informative. He asked me about my insurance and informed me that he was not sure that my insurance would pay for towing. And informed me of what I could do and still turn it in in case they would pay. I would highly recommend Jackson’s towing to anyone that may their services. It was a rainy day, he had trouble getting the car because he had a smaller truck He could’ve charged me a lot more than he did. The tow company that we have used previously would have charged me over $800 to do with that man did. I wish I knew the drivers name!

  Hands down, the best in the area. Only took 15-20 minutes for him to arrive and was able to deliver in a steep and difficult driveway without tearing anything up. Highly professional, prompt, and efficient service. First and only choice from now on.

  Shout out to driver McKenzie Talley who was exceptionally helpful, friendly, respectful, and courteous when our car broke down yesterday in Columbus. He did his best to get us running before ultimately towing us to a nearby repair shop. McKenzie is a great asset to Jackson’s Towing!
