  All you gotta do when you walk in the door is ask for “BK” and only “BK” Brian is the best and he’s in it for the customer and what your needs are. He’s super easy going and will answer any questions and concerns you have and if he’s not sure he’ll make sure he gets the answers you need. We just recently purchased our brand new camper and he made the process super easy and made sure he went through what the best options of campers were to fit our needs while also staying within a comfortable price range for us. He’s about the customer not the money!!. I will absolutely recommend him in the future to everyone who is wanting to buy a Camper and I will also only use him for anything I need camper related in the future. Customers for life is what he’s about and that’s what matters to me. Thank you Brian.

  Ethan K has been absolutely wonderful to work with for OEM parts. I have worked with several OEM parts representatives over the years, and good communication can sometimes be difficult to find. Ethan has been a completely different experience. He is responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and easy to get in touch with. He returns my calls and emails, keeps me updated, and goes above and beyond to get the information and parts details we need from manufacturers and dealers. There have been multiple times when I have been extremely grateful for his knowledge and willingness to help. As a mobile RV service company, having someone reliable on the parts side makes a huge difference for us and for our customers. Ethan has consistently been someone we can count on, and I truly appreciate the time and hard work he puts into helping us. I highly recommend working with him. I also have to give an honorable mention to Steve in the Camping World Parts department. Steve is always an absolute joy to talk to. He is kind, positive, and genuinely willing to help however he can. He is truly a light in this world and has continued to go above and beyond to help us get connected with the parts we need as quickly as possible. Both Ethan and Steve have made working with Camping World Parts a much better experience for our business, and their hard work and customer service are greatly appreciated.

  WARNING! Do NOT go here!!! I was met in the lot by John. He was so nice and let me tour several RV's, talked to me like he'd known me for years. I finally decided on a Class A. Put the deposit down and returned the next day to purchase. Spent a few minutes with John before being taken to Brian's office to complete paperwork and pay the down payment. After completing, I went by John's cubicle to thank him and he barely spoke!! He made his commission so there was no need to be nice anymore!!!! Fast forward to my 60 day inspection. Took a list in of things needing attention and repairs. All were covered under warranty. Left RV there for a few days, picked it up and had to wait for Thor warranty department to approve. After weeks of waiting Robert called and said all parts were in and for me to bring it back. My RV was there almost 2 weeks. When I went to pick it up there was a 12" scratch (to the metal) on the right front fender. I went straight back inside and told Robert. He got Brian to come look. They pulled up the pictures that were taken when I dropped it off and there was NO scratch when I dropped it off!!! Brian apologized and said they would come pick it up within 2 weeks and repair the damage they caused and finish fixing the door (doesn't latch) and redo the shower door that still don't seal. That was January 2026. In March, I was constantly texting the number I had been communicating with Robert on. No replies to MULTIPLE texts. I called them and was told Robert was no longer there. I asked for Brian and of course he was unavailable. I left a message for him to call me. It is now July and I've called repeatedly and left messages for Brian, I've spoken to 3 different people about this situation only to be told "someone will be in touch" I'm still waiting!!! I'm at my wits end with this place!!! I'm seriously considering an attorney. PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!!! Once they get your $30K deposit and you sign your life away... You're non-existent to these people!!!! BEWARE! Take your money elsewhere!!!!!!!!!
