  Took my veteran dad up to Mavis to have 4 new tires put on his truck. They listened to exactly what we were looking for and were not pushy to sell anything he did not need. She gave him as many discounts as possible. Very pleased with the ride home. Smooth as silk. Thank you to the Mavis Tire team in Clinton, NC. I will be returning for future service.

  I promised that I wouldn't return to this place. Especially after I waited over 4 hours to get my tires put on. I had to return because they didn't reprogram my tires. Then I returned and found out that the tire sensor was bad and the air was leaking out of the tire I was told. Then they wanted me to buy 1 tire sensor for $175.00. I think a random drug test needs to be enforced. After the mechanic broke my tire center piece. He had the nerve to say it was already broken. I showed it to the manager. At least he agreed that it was freshly damaged. And said to order one and they would pay for the replacement. After leaving my car smelled like weed from where mechanic had gotten out of it!!!😤😤😤🤬🤬🤬 I was referred to another tire shop in Clinton NC. Had my tires work done. Saved well over $200.
