  If I could give this place a zeros starts I would! I booked my rental on March 19 to leave today and no one can help me find a vehicle. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. DO NOT USE THEM! As a matter of fact, the entire company is useless and cannot help me locate a vehicle at all.

  I have rented from this location 3 times now and all 3 times there has been issues. This time, without notifying me, they decided to give me a smaller vehicle than I rented. I rented the size I chose because of the people I needed to fit into the vehicle to go on vacation. I picked up the vehicle and it seemed small to me but I didn't think much of it until I got home and we tried putting everyone in the vehicle and there was no way we could all fit. I looked online and saw they had given me a compact car instead of the standard size I reserved, all without even notifying me. By the time I realized this, the location I rented from was closed for the weekend so I called the corporate number. The person I talked to reserved an exchange vehicle for me at another location about 30 minutes away for first thing the next morning. So now my family will be missing out on their first night of vacation and part of the next day due to having to wait and get the vehicle I reserved in the first place. Fast forward to the next morning and I'm on my way to get the exchange vehicle and that location calls me to say they are cancelling it because they have no vehicles. So, I call corporate back and they find ANOTHER location that is now about 50 minutes away and they reserve an exchange again. While I'm on the phone with them the new location calls me to cancel because once again, there are no vehicles available. Back on the phone with corporate, now it's about 9 am and they transfer me to their "escalation team" who says they are messaging the regional management, who will call me shortly to figure out a solution. 3.5 hours later, I call them back and have to be transferred to escalation AGAIN who says that they will personally reach out to regional management and have them call me "very soon" to figure everything out. It is now almost 3pm, my family has lost out on yet another day of vacation that has already been paid for, and I still haven't heard from anyone. Our family vacation is essentially ruined. The family that flew in from Massachusetts to Myrtle Beach to spend time with us will be leaving Monday so there's a possibility they won't even see us at all. If I could give zero stars I would.

  Came to take a look at vehicles as some enterprises sell used vehicles. Just taking a look and instead of a staff introducing themselves or asking if we need help they yelled at my husband multiple times that the vehicle he was looking for was not for rent. We left instead of asking any questions just because the rude interaction.
