  Close to home, very convenient and I have a membership. Joe or JC was very helpful and did a great job spraying my car mats clean 🧽 🧼

  The customer service was top tier, they knew exactly what would be best for me without trying to upsell me on certain products. The employees were easy to talk to and so kind and informational, the place felt incredibly welcoming and bright. Very clean from the inside out, and every service offered was clean and well managed, everything worked perfect and my car came out sparkling and I left with a smile. Thank you so much for creating a nice and ✨clean✨ part of my day. 10/10 would ABSOLUTELY return.

  I would love to hear back from corporate. I want to love zips, but it’s just kinda okay. Areas that can be improved- 1- why do I have a membership that is supposed to allow me to “zip” through the line when you have 2, TWO employees who stop me to go through the gate? Why is the member line closed? 2- sometimes it’s open at 8am, sometimes not. Sometimes it closes at 8pm, sometimes earlier? 3- sometimes the vacuums work, sometimes they don’t 🤷‍♀️ 4- the pre wash spray has NEVER been a thing. (Okay I’m lying, when the place first opened under a different name, someone did pre-wash spray half your car. No one could ever be bothered to walk to the other side, even though the cord would allow for it).otherwise that prewash sign is just there to mock me. 5. The employees that stand and wave you in are desperate to have me hit the car in front of me… I have a Prius with sensors, when it is doing the anxious triple beep, I am within inches of hitting someone.. NOPE keep on coming they wave… again, couldn’t there just be a stop sign on a stand where cars need to stop and put it in neutral at? then the employees could do the pre-wash? Seems like there are a lot of inefficiencies in their systems… just my 2 cents…

  Stopped in today. Satisfactory service and excellent quality assurance. Non-abrasive car washing equipment--quality shine. Got French fries and gold fish stuck between the seats?? This is the place! Uber powerful vacuums---that alone was worth it visit. Definitely will be back.

  Chris was fabulous! He helped me pick the perfect wash, offered me a package with 2 months free, and gave helpful suggestions for vacuums and towels. Embarrassingly, i locked my car with the key in it while wiping down the doors. Chris let me use his phone to Google any results (only suggestion was a locksmith), and call and text my family to bring the extra fob. Chris offered me a ride home or i could stay in the a/c office. I appreciate his compassion and willingness to help, he didnt even give me a hard time (which would have been totally deserved). Thank you! I will definitely be back here!!!
