- TBTamara Benefiel5 days ago5.0I recently rejoined Zips Car Wash, and I’m so happy I did! I love the Clemmons location. It’s always clean, the supplies are always well stocked, and employees are nearby to help. A special shout-out to Michael, who helped me finish setting up my account and even offered to scrape the old sticker off my window. He was so friendly and helpful. Great guy, great location!

- KSKenneth StJohnSep 24, 20263.0Site is rather inconsistent with Equipment and Employees. I visit multiple times per week. Sometimes all the equipment works properly but frequently it doesn't. Various brushes not working, tire shine is FREQUENTLY not putting shine on the tires, are among the most frequent issues. You have some really nice employees, most of who seem to have been working there for some time, and others that act like you're a bother. Wish I knew names of all the folks but Tamara is one of the good ones. Someone should recognize her. Guy with the long beard, maybe a manager, could use some customer service training. I visited a Hurricane Auto Wash in SC last week and they had a prewash wand (which ZIPS used to have) as well as an air hose at the Vacuum area (which ZIPS used to have). Made me miss those things at ZIPS. My price has gone up a couple times the last couple years but your amenities have gone down. Clemmons site is about Average, 3 of 5 stars.
