  Wash was excellent! Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the unlimited membership felt like a great deal!

  No line and plenty of spots open to clean the inside of your car! Had towels, glass cleaner and a vacuum! Didn't feel rushed and I asked for an air freshener and they got me one. Friendly and great service, thanks Chris!

  I wouldn't even give Zips Car Wash a full star!!! My car was hit by the vehicle behind me while on Zips conveyor belt! Both cars had damage! The manager on duty was extremely unhelpful and quite unprofessional as he told us, we "would have to work it out amongst ourselves because there was nothing wrong with their car wash!" We filed a police report with the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office and filed a complaint with Zips' corporate office. The site manager reached out to file a damage report after Zips' corporate contacted them. She was very "matter of fact" and never once apologized, nor did the manager on duty when it happened. Zip's corporate denied my claim and the claim of the other driver! How is that possible when we were on THEIR CONVEYOR BELT AND IN NEUTRAL!??!!! Shame on you Zips! Terrible business! I would strongly advise you take your car elsewhere for a wash!

  Overpriced for the $24 dollars for my car to look exactly the same and not remove stains. Had to go back and remove them myself. Couldn’t find the towels and cleaners and only noticed them when I was leaving. They’re just gonna try and sell you their membership.
