  Great experience but over $100 for an oil change is a bit steep. Convenience and service are high level though

  At Grand Opening of new Clayton, NC location, skid plate on my 2010 Nissan Armada was.not properly secured with mounting bolts after oil change was done. Fell off during drive and bent. Collision shop had to repair and re-install skid plate at cost of $90.00 dollars.

  Went to have my oil changed on a Sunday morning and waited, waited, and waited to be greeted as I was second in line. 15 minutes go by Nothing! When the car ahead of us pulled out we waited to be directed into the bay. NOTHING! Worker went into the office. We waited a bit more and then drove off! Contacted Corporate to give feed back and noone returned my call. As a new business, this is NOT the way to gain customers!!!

  The whole team was super helpful! Alysha was the best when I needed some extra flexibility to get my car done. 100% highly recommend this location! Dillan and Tanner were also pros at getting the job done with the oil change and tire rotation! 10/10 The whole team worked together and got a timed: 1min and 37secs for tires! Job well done. Ready for nascar!

  Person checked me in and litterly stood right beside my door 95% of the time during my visit. Kept trying to make small talk. Customers just want the oil change and then leave
