  Have been going here for 6 years with usually good experience. Except today. Showed up 20 minutes before closing, to get the stated 10 minute oil change before heading out of town for the week. No other cars in sight. Bays wide open. Friendly young man started to take our information, but then another person told us we couldn't be served because they were having a team meeting. Mentioned our vacation, but this person didn't care to keep our business, nor did he care about their advertised hours. Disappointed at the poor customer service.

  Went to get my state car inspection took 10 minutes!! Great customer service! It is my second year going , I can say the same for last years experience also!

  This team is always amazing to deal with. They are always polite and friendly when you pull up. I bring both of my vehicles here on a regular basis. They provide great value and the manager is always great as well.

  I have never been to Clayton NC, nor do I own a Ram 3500 Laramie, but they charged me for this person’s service and sent me a receipt. The AI bot that answers their phone keeps routing me to a number that rings forever and then hangs up. I have used their Winston locations in the past but now would like all my data removed from their system.

  I have been coming here for years and always have had great service but I was in a hurry when I went today. Samuel and Mike made sure I was in and out in no time! Amazing service all around!
