  I visited this store to repair a flat tire after a friend highly recommended it and shared great feedback about their service. From the moment I arrived, the technician was professional, explained the issue clearly, and gave me an accurate time frame for the repair. I had an excellent experience and was impressed by the quality of the service. From now on, this will be my go-to store for all my tire repairs. Special thanks to Moses Santizo for providing outstanding customer service. I truly appreciate the great experience!

  Made an appointment a few days ago oil change/tire rotation for 10am. When I arrived was told 1-1.5 hours. No big deal- ran over to Walmart. At the 1.5 hours make I called to check was told it’d be 15-20 more mins. I walk back over was another 40 mins… after almost THREE HOURS my car was done. I got my tired through them so it’s always a free rotation with oil change- I wont be back for any services unless it’s related to the tires warranty. Three hours for an oil change and tire rotation with an appointment is ridiculous.

  The folks at Mavis Tires & Brakes really helped me out when I brought in my trailer tire for a slow leak. The young lady checked it and found a slow leak in the valve stem and she informed me that an incorrect valve stem was in the wheel. It was one for cars that have lower pressures and not one for my trailer that holds 80 psi. After she replaced it she told me that there was no charge! Talk about great neighborhood service, Mavis is my choice!

  Highly recommend this store! Ryan Younge and his crew went above and beyond to get me back on the road this past weekend. I was hours from home with a nail in my tire, no lug nut key and a tired child. Great customer service, fast and knowledgeable.

  I seldom run into service establishments with great reviews, where I find our experience totally in contrast to existing reviews, but this experience was dreadful. My wife's Honda CRV needed new tires, and while we usually go to the dealer, we read the reviews to Mavis , and since it was close by, we thought we would give it a try. They replaced the tires, did alignment and balance , and "emailed" her the receipt. With no special instructions. We left the next day for a road trip to Baltimore, and on the way we experienced something we have never experienced before. The car was hard to control, it was swinging all over the road, as I held onto the steering wheel for life. We were genuinely concerned for our life and safety. We were concerned the tires were going to fall off the car. We stopped at a very busy service center in Virginia, and had them check that the tires were secure. They were. We drove all the way back from Baltimore driving 50 MPH to maintain control of the vehicle. While we were coming back we reviewed the email from Mavis that was the receipt for the tires, balance and alignment. ( None of which we had seen before, because they emailed it to us) . In all Caps on the contract said you needed to bring back the car after 25 miles of service so that they can retorque the lug nut bolts. At 69 years old, I have driven millions of miles as a professional sales manager, and never seen this in a contract. In any event, the tires were secure. When we got back we took the car directly to the Honda dealer who reperformed the alignment. They said the alignment was so out that it couldn't be measured on their machines. Honda re alignment and the car now drives fine. We researched on Reddit and found hundreds of reports of poor employee training, lack of proper equipment. Honestly, I do not believe these reviews that I see on google. It didn't match our experience at all. I believe they put us in danger. I recommend avoiding this place at all costs.
