I only got an estimate. But they were very helpful and friendly.

Stay far away from this horrible body shop.. there’s a reason why there’s only a 3.8 star review. If I could give a zero star review, I would. If you value your money and time and expect professionalism go elsewhere. Corporate truly needs to do something about the clowns working at this at this location. The quality of work and repair is horrendous. My two-year-old can probably paint better than these clowns. You’re getting paid over $3000 to do a job, do it right or don’t do it at all? If corporate reads this please give me a call or shoot me a message. I’ve contacted USAA and asked for our car to be sent to a different body shop to be fixed properly. Truly a waste of time…. Never again!!!

I’d never use them . Kept car for weeks got car back they had put 700 miles on the car had the Bluetooth paired to there phone . Doesn’t make sense
Terrible experience with Gerber Collision & Glass. The worst place you could take your car. I brought my car in for repairs and got it back with multiple new problems caused by parts they replaced. My windshield washer fluid leaks straight out after filling, one fog light doesn’t work, and now the AC makes a noise that wasn’t there before and does not work. On top of that, they scratched the door unlock button, left the interior dirty, and didn’t even reinstall my front license plate bracket. When I brought the vehicle back, the GM had an attitude and tried to dismiss my concerns, claiming the AC noise was “normal” and saying he’s “been doing this a long time.” Then he proceeded to tell the insurance that my compressor was bad right after telling me there was no issue with the AC to try to get out of fixing it. Instead of taking responsibility, they refused to fix the issues they created. Very unprofessional service and poor quality work. Take your car anywhere but here.
Update: Took my car to a mechanic and they said there was air and almost no refrigerant in the system. They pulled a vacuum and added correct amount of refrigerant and AC issue was resolved. The compressor was not bad. Gerber simply does not know how to work on cars. So much for the GMs comment of “I’ve been working on cars for a long time”.
