    The representative name was Dominique. Im not sure if that's how you spell it but he work sufficiently and in a timely matter he made sure all components aligned with company policy and I wasn't just assured but I was reassured if my rental was returned within a 30 minute grace period I would receive my deposit back in full...Would definitely rent from Enterprise again especially from this location because of people like Dominique businesses can thrive in sales

    The only reason I'm leaving a 5-star review is because of Maiesha Keys. I have been in a rental since May 30, and I expressed my concerns about the vehicle to several employees, as well as my insurance company. The rental I was given had stains all over the seats, the carpet was coming up, and there was a strong, unpleasant odor. Each time I brought it up, I was simply told to keep calling or stopping by. I even asked if someone could call me when a decent replacement became available, but that never happened. Fortunately, this past Friday, all of the warning lights on the vehicle came on. I called and was told to come in first thing Saturday morning so they could switch me into another vehicle. That's when I had the pleasure of meeting Maiesha Keys. Maiesha took the time to genuinely listen to my concerns and immediately took the appropriate steps to get me into a clean, suitable vehicle. Her professionalism, compassion, and willingness to help completely changed my experience. On a previous visit, I had also asked to speak with a manager. I was told the manager wasn't there and that someone else was filling in. I explained that the vehicle I had been given needed to be removed from their rental inventory because of its condition. Instead of addressing my concerns, he simply looked at me and smiled, which was extremely disappointing. If you're planning to rent from this location, I highly recommend asking for Maiesha Keys. She goes above and beyond for her customers without hesitation and truly understands what excellent customer service looks like. I hope the rest of the staff takes note and learns from the level of care and professionalism she provides.

    I had a reservation booked well in advance, but that didn’t guarantee a vehicle(not the first time this happened it’s a common practice). After arriving, I was told to wait for hours, with staff eventually suggesting I return the next day. The agent processing rental agreements was painfully slow - slower than some rental counters I’ve experienced in developing countries. Extremely disappointing service for a major company. Will never book a rental from enterprise!!!

    Well I was one of the many customers who made reservations for pickup this past Sunday 6/21 and was it busy yes indeed unfortunately the staff had to endure some very difficult customers yet they remained professional I even need to mention one of the young men that was working (Jaylon) this young man remained a constant professional even while enduring many demands to satisfy every customer I really appreciate his attitude through the whole process and believes he should receive some type of compensation for providing great customer service thank you Jaylon

    I had an extremely disappointing experience with Enterprise and will never rent from this location again. I reserved a minivan through Costco on May 18 and even called the day before my pickup to confirm everything was set. I was assured there would be no issues. Then, just two hours before my scheduled pickup on June 12, I received a voicemail stating that my reserved vehicle was unavailable because another customer had supposedly failed to return it. Throughout the day, I called multiple times for updates and received little information or assistance. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that my mother-in-law called the same location about 30 minutes after one of my calls and was able to book a minivan without any issue. That raised serious questions about how reservations are handled and whether existing reservations are actually honored. When we arrived at the branch, employees began processing the rental through my mother in law’s reservation and requested my husband’s driver’s license. However, when we asked about pricing, we were quoted approximately $200 more than the rate I had reserved through Costco. When I mentioned the multiple calls I had made throughout the day regarding the vehicle’s availability, the assistant manager suddenly changed his story and claimed they weren’t going to rent us the minivan after all. He then stated that one of the vans on the lot needed a tire but could still be rented if necessary. There were three minivans visible in the parking lot at the time. The entire experience felt disorganized, unprofessional, and dishonest. Rather than attempting to resolve the situation or accommodate a customer whose reservation had already been confirmed, staff became confrontational. After expressing my frustration, we were told to leave and were locked out of the building. A reservation should mean something. This location failed to honor its commitment, provided inconsistent explanations, quoted a significantly higher price than the confirmed reservation, and offered some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would not recommend this branch to anyone.
