It’s not fun usually when you need to go here because your car is broke down, but great workers that helped me find my part and have every time. They are very friendly and even changed my battery free of “charge” haha get it?!
But for real there are very nice guys working at this location. Helpful dudes.

Very dissatisfied. I had gone in this morning around 8:30 AM and was greeted kindly by a different associate than the one that took over my transaction, This survey is in regards to the person that did my transaction. I came in to request motor oil for an oil change for my car during this transaction, the employee was very rude and seemed like he had better things to do than service my transaction. He came up to the counter with 1 quart of fully synthetic 5W-20 oil and my car takes 4.2 quarts of oil so naturally I asked him why I only had 1 quart of oil and he made the remarks of well if your car is less than 1 quart of oil you're gonna blow your engine then I expressed to him that my car takes 4.2 quarts so I didn't understand how I was going to do a oil change with 1 quart of oil. He then sighs and goes well that Is completely different and went to typing on his computer again. My mother was on the phone and was on speaker and called out how he was extremely rude to me to which he walked off to the back. He then screamed across the store, asking me if I needed high mileage or not. I don't understand how they have a system that shows the cars information that you put in and you don't know that my car takes 4.2 quarts or these questions were not asked in the beginning before he yelled at me across the store, which I felt very uncomfortable with. It seems very unprofessional. It seems like nobody knows what they're doing and I'm very disappointed because I came in there and I displayed no negative feelings towards anything. I was completely fine and was treated horribly. I then had a $20 reward that I could use for this transaction and I asked him if he had applied it. He said this $20 rewards? you want to use his $20 reward? to which I again felt very disrespected because what am I doing to warrant you being so rude? I would've liked to have a manager involved, but I was so displeased that I just wanted to get out of the store. The funny part about all of this is he got the point of sale because of the special that they were running, and I honestly felt like the associate in the beginning that had greeted me nicely should've gotten it. Very disappointed he didn't. He seemed like he would Deserved it more. I hope that this associate has the opportunity to have more training on how to treat customers considering it was only 830 and I can only imagine the amount of customers that are going to come in today with his attitude being what they're confronted with. I usually do my business at advance auto parts, but I had a 20 reward that was expiring on 6/17/2026 so I wanted to make sure I used it. Will not be doing business at AutoZone anymore. I hope the survey serves as a representation for the customers that you guys have remaining on how to treat them.
