The guys in Cherryville always go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I am happy to hear they also rotate tires. Do wish they balanced tires and did brakes.

Exceptional service. Issac went above and beyond. I came in for an inspection near closing time and still made time for me. Even changed my wipers for a good price so I wouldn’t have to leave and come back. 10/10, will be coming back.

Greeted immediately by Isaac and he kept me informed during my visit there, for example air filter was good, etc. Glad he pointed out that my tires needed rotating because that is something I typically fail to notice or have done David was friendly as well. This time I was able to get everything done right away. But last week I stopped by and this location was slammed. Sat in car for a few minutes and finally left. Wish that you could reserve a time, it would be easier for the customer. That is my only complaint, everything else was great.

the guys done a good job, they were friendly. They had a nice and clean place to sit until they worked on your car. They were not over price. They check the air in my tires. I appreciate the job they done. I will be coming back. Thanks again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I cannot say enough good things about the service here! I came in today for an engine flush, oil change, and filter change, and once again they were fantastic. What I appreciate most is that they don’t just work on your vehicle—they take the time to explain what they’re doing and why they’re doing it. There’s never any pressure to add services you don’t actually need. A perfect example happened today. One of my filters was checked and didn’t need to be replaced. They could have very easily told me it needed changing, charged me for it, and I honestly would have never known the difference. Instead, they told me it was still perfectly fine and didn’t need to be replaced. That kind of honesty is exactly why I trust them with my vehicle. It’s hard to find a place where you feel confident that the people working on your car are looking out for you instead of just looking for another way to increase the bill. They’re knowledgeable, thorough, honest, and always make sure I understand exactly what my vehicle needs—and just as importantly, what it DOESN’T need. Excellent service, excellent communication, and most of all, people you can trust. I’ll happily continue bringing my vehicle here and recommending them to anyone looking for honest, dependable service! Also found $20 in Strickland Brothers coupons in my car and applied them without me having to ask! That’s amazing!
