    Went to Autozone in Cherryville yesterday and spoke to Thomas and i asked about turn signal lights for my car n i also inquired about led turn signal lights he said i wouldn’t waste ur money on those if the regular ones keeps blowing , which he was acting like i was dumb as crap and talking down to me and i asked about a wiper for my back window and he said we don’t sell them u will have to go to dealership or manufacturer to get one for it .i said really i call bullcrap he said we don’t sell them sorry.

    My experience at AutoZone has always been wonderful. I like the knowledgeable people employed there who help and listen, and I have never been made to feel small or insignificant because of my stature or gender. However, today I was helped by a Thomas W., who spoke down to not only myself but also the other person I was with. I was not intimidated by his machismo, but I was offended by it. Either you learn to live in the 21st century where women can change their own car parts or you get left behind. All in all, very rude. We went to another Autozone and the man working there was much less condescending. Perhaps the Belmont Autozone is a better place for anyone with double X chromosomes just looking to fix their cars.

    I’m not one to leave reviews, however one of the employees is so clearly sexist. Thomas W. Was very nice helping the man in front of me, but was very condescending when he helped me. I just had a question about the part I ordered because it did not match the one in my car when I went to replace it and his response was “So you were just winging it” like I didn’t know what part to order and suggested I just take it to a mechanic if I couldn’t do it. Once he pulled the picture up he saw it was different too, but his attitude was unnecessary and I will not be going back to be talked down to.

    Recently went to this AutoZone to get a new battery for my garage door opener. Greeted by a female employee who asked me how she could help. Then she expertly removed the old battery and replaced it very easily. Cheerful and kind lady. Thanks for your help!
