  I stopped by Zips on Wilkinson Blvd today after leaving the grocery store. My plan was simple wash my car, vacuum it, and head home to start dinner. Instead, the experience was disorganized, frustrating, and completely inconsiderate. One entire side of the vacuums was shut down. When I asked why, the young man ringing customers up said they turned that side off because they were “getting ready to close.” Meanwhile, during that same time frame, over ten cars continued coming through the wash with nowhere to vacuum. Everyone was forced to wait in a line for the few vacuums still running. The manager told me I would need to wait, which I understood until people started skipping the line. Staff did nothing to manage the traffic or address the customers who were cutting in front of those of us already waiting. When I spoke up to the Lyft driver who jumped ahead of me, she had the nerve to ask whether I had a membership or if I had already paid, simply because of how I was parked waiting for a vacuum. It was unnecessary, confrontational, and could have easily caused conflict. I had already paid for my wash, and being questioned like that while others were allowed to cut the line was completely out of order. I spent my money expecting the full service wash, vacuum, and go. Instead, I wasted time watching chaos, inconsistency, and favoritism. It was unprofessional, inconsiderate, and honestly unacceptable. I will not be returning to the Zips on Wilkinson Blvd

  Ramon was amazing! He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. He provided excellent customer service and made the whole experience quick and easy. We really appreciated how kind and personable he was. Definitely a great experience thanks to Ramon!

  These guy guiding the car alignment really don’t care or are low key wanting you to scratch your wheels

  You go to try and get a simple car wash, next thing you know the guy pressures you and upsells you to $24 car wash that isn’t even that great. Will never go back. The guy literally told me the basic wash isn’t worth getting because it won’t do anything.
