  If I could give no stars, that’s exactly what it would be. This place needs new management like YESTERDAY !!! The. Workers, and I mean ALL of them are very unprofessional! Talking on the phone while servicing you and you have to repeat yourself because they aren’t doing their job. The vacuum is the main part of this cleaning experience, and probably 5 out of all of the vacuums barely work ! I told the person in charge and her response was “it’s barely working but it’s working” like no dip 💩 lol. I hate I have a subscription here and now I have to find a different location than what is closer to me..

  The brushed barely brush your car. The wheel/tire shine had no results. The hood of my car is still visibly dirty. I paid $24 for a rinse job. It is literally a 30 seconds or less "wash".

  I went to get a car wash. I've been to Zips plenty of times and use to have a membership. I went to log 8n the app, no account. So I went to create one it says create an account in the app, and get a free basic wash. Well, I did and no confirmation email for the account. I clicked HELP and it said ask for on site attendant. I did. I told him what happened and he immediately said... OOHHH, SO YOU TRYING TO GET A FREE CAR WASH??? I said NO, I came to get a wash, went to sign in and the website says sign into the app for a free wash. I said I didn't get my confirmation yet and the app says SEE ATTENDANT!. HE SAYS... SO YOU TRYING T9 GET A FREE CAR WASH, IT TAKES 24HRS FOR THE EMAIL TO GO THROUGH AND TOLD ME I JUST NEED TO LEAVE.... and started walking away... I said really,??? OK fine.. he proceeds to walk away. I said.. am I suppose to back out of here??? He said YEP, BACK OUT!!! and walked away!!!. Rude person at this location, I was a paying customer, getting my subscription back, but this "attendant " ruined it!!!.

  They did an incredible job washing my car! Dean & the other man in the red shirt (I didn’t catch his name) were so friendly and helpful with anything I needed. Free vacuums worked great too.
