This was the day after summer solstice, the longest day of the year. They are not open at 8pm, they aren't even open at 7:30pm. Please change your website and your Google to match the times you are actually open or when the last car is allowed in. Usually I come in the day so it's not an issue and everyone has been nice.

I went back through and they wouldn’t allow me to get a rinse. The employee I spoke with said he would ask “higher up’s” the so called “ higher up’s “ wouldn’t allow me to go through to get soap off. I videoed the soap and in addition 3 more people behind me are comply that their vehicles are covered in soap. My 2 year membership will be cancelled. Disappointed and Disgusted
