  Such a friendly staff and excellent wash! I love the free vacuums, window cleaner, and interior cleaning sprays too. I got multiple times a week due to their affordable monthly plan. Highly recommend!

  I visit every couple months and like to get the bugs and road dust off the car once we get to Charlotte. I’ve gone to auto bell in the past until I found Take 5. I loved it. Then this trip I see it’s changed hands. I look at the new website and see it has a coupon for a $5 Wash. Google Maps shows the $5 price also. Showed the attendant the message, she said hit redeem, then it shows it was redeemed. But no barcode. Tried again, same result. The attendant said I’d need to contact them on the website. So I did, but no word back. I had to pay full price. Once inside the wash, it seemed the brushes barely touched the car, and the final rinse didn’t do as good a job as it used to.

  I wish I could give 1,000 stars! Since Whistle Car Wash took over the old Take 5 location at Colosseum Crossing, my experience has been fantastic. The staff is incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. I recently added another vehicle and needed help setting up my account so I could use my membership with both cars. They took the time to walk me through everything and made the process completely stress-free. The pricing is excellent, especially with the unlimited wash package, which is absolutely worth it. The facility is always clean and well-maintained, and I love that they provide vacuums, towels, and cleaning supplies for customers to use. One of my favorite improvements is the new app. It’s simple and easy to use, and best of all, you no longer need a barcode sticker on your vehicle. Everything is connected through the app and your account, making the whole process much more convenient and streamlined. What really sets this location apart, though, is the outstanding customer service. Every employee I’ve interacted with has been welcoming, friendly, and eager to help. I highly recommend Whistle Car Wash to anyone looking for a great wash experience. Clean cars, great value, modern technology, and some of the friendliest people you’ll ever meet. Five stars isn’t enough! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Have had a monthly membership for over 1 year. Price went up dramatically with transition from Take 5 to Whistle. Got a wash today and they were signs up saying they are out of towels waiting on a new washing machine. When I went in to speak with the ASM was told that these towels are considered “complimentary” and basically tough luck. Like they have been offered to us for years as a free perk. Which is utter nonsense. Nothing is free and the cost of these towels has been included in the membership. I am very frustrated that in addition to a price increase the service has gone downhill with the new ownership.
