- SLSPRINGS LAWJan 4, 20244.0Shayvonne is a great professional. I had a decent experience selling my 2008 car only due to her skills. However, I must say that the written offer by email was $1200 higher than what was offered when I got there despite me being very honest and clear. Also my car had additional features not noted like leather and dvd system added by dealer prior to delivery but not on the VIN. The computer said there were scratches in the finish that were going to reduce the price by $800. I thought I should have had the outside of the car detailed for $150 before coming. The car was 15 years old and looked great. Eventually, I negotiated it up another $400.

Price was agreed upon, paperwork signed and the car was picked up. Absolutely pitiful offer price. I received $4,000 higher offer from Vroom, and $3,000 higher from Carmax and Carvana. Save yourself the hassle and don't sell your car here!!
