About five days later someone from WBAC came to my property looking to pick up the truck. The truck was obviously not there anymore because they had already picked it up. They interrupted my work. I still have not heard from them to whether they found the truck that they had already picked up. I’ve called their branch. I’ve texted the number. I was texting in the sales process. No response. They behave like a proper business and are responsive when they have something to gain. But afterwards, crickets. I’ll stick with Carvana next time.
