  I was in and out within 15 minutes. Make sure you clip the coupon from the website! Excellent and speedy service. They didn't try and sell me something I didn't need.

  I got my oil changed saturday, I asked before I left was my skid plate put back on properly they said yes I’m On my way! Home Monday morning from work and I hear something scrubbing the ground I pull over and it’s my skid plate, so I go back to the location off the plaza where I got my oil changed and Raymond and Jasmine they helped me and they were very nice and apologetic that gets a 5 start review from me.

  My girlfriend visited this Valvoline location for the first time today. On the positive side, there was absolutely no wait, and she was in and out in about 15 minutes. Unfortunately, she left feeling uncomfortable because one of the employees would not leave her alone throughout the visit. She was clearly on her phone responding to work messages, but he continued trying to engage her in conversation. At one point, she said another employee even told him to “leave her alone,” but the conversation continued. By the end of the oil change, he had asked if she was married, complimented the color of her eyes, told her she was beautiful, and referred to her as “sweetheart” and “baby girl.” She was hesitant to say anything because she doesn’t believe the employee intended to make her feel uncomfortable, and we’re not sharing this because we want him to get in trouble. However, as a woman who went alone for a routine oil change, she left feeling uneasy. I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that management reinforces professional boundaries with customers so that other women don’t have a similar experience. The service itself was quick and efficient, but everyone should be able to get their car serviced without feeling uncomfortable.

  I have been here twice ! 1st time in march for a inspection !Lilly and joe took care of me ! 2nd time was 6-12 when they did the 50%off that was great ! the line was long but they moved fast and also offered water while we waited , The manager also came to my car and talked briefly with me and thanked me ! I left happy and with new oil and a inspection ! I will be back thanks yall !!!!

  Went there to get my state inspection and their computer was down apparently so I just got an oil change. They started checking my washer fluid and broke the washer fluid reservoir trying to open the cap. I asked if there was any way to fix that and the person said “we don’t have those here, they are super easy to fix though” so now I have to spend my OWN money to purchase and replace something that they broke which is absolutely ridiculous. After telling my buddy about it he also told me that when he went for an oil change they put his air filter in BACKWARDS. Absolutely ridiculous and never going back.
