  This is my favorite Valvoline location so far! The manager, assistant manager, and team are all extremely professional, knowledgeable, AND nice. Great job Valvoline!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Let me tell y'all something: Valvoline might have saved my car AND saved me a whole lot of trouble! 😂🙏🏽 I came in on August 19 because my car had been sounding louder than usual and something in me just kept saying, “Go get your oil checked.” I truly believe that was God telling me to get over there! My oil change wasn't even due until August 20, but I decided not to wait. Child... THANK GOD I DIDN'T! 😭 They checked my car and there was basically NO OIL IN IT! The gentleman helping me let me know that I was in danger of seriously damaging my engine if I kept driving like that. I already suspected that my Cadillac might have an oil leak because of the way it had been sounding, but I had no idea it had gotten that low. All I could say was, “Jesus carried me here!” 😂🙏🏽 But what really made me want to leave this review was the customer service. The young men working there were wonderful. They were outside working in that HEAT, still had great attitudes, took care of my car, explained what was going on, and even helped me find coupons to save some money. That meant a LOT to me. Car maintenance can get expensive, especially when you're currently job searching and trying to be mindful of every dollar. They didn't have to take the extra time to help me save money, but they did. Thank you to those young men for taking care of me and my car. I truly appreciate your kindness, your hard work, and the service you provided. Y'all were out there doing God's work in that heat! 😂❤️🙏🏽 Thank you, Valvoline. You definitely earned these five stars from me!

  Service was amazing. They checked my tire pressure. The manger is very professional. As well as other employees. It was a speedy service and my car rides so much better. I will come to Valvoline oil change every time because of the amazing service I recieved.

  The team is awesome! I was shocked how polite and helpful they were. You don't see great customer service like they have very often. With that said I will never be back. I cannot believe it cost me almost $100 for an oil change. I almost passed out when I was told! Unbelievable. I don't know how you have customers.

  I was very happy with my experience. Corey was wonderful to work with. He was able to assess whether or not the AC recharge would be effective, get us charged up, and we were in and out within 30 minutes. We are not from the area and we’re very appreciative that we found someone so great to get our AC back in the car while on a road trip. Every single person I spoke with was kind and professional.
