  Today was my 1st time going to a Valvoline instant oil change and I selected the South Blvd location. They didn't have the oil for my car in stock. The manager ordered the oil for delivery. The wait was much longer than expected. The customer service was superior. This is the location I have selected for future services. The manager and staff went over and beyond to accommodate servicing my car which included a discount for my patience. Thank you!!

  I rushed to get to Valvoline on South Blvd. After work and made it about 40 minutes before closing but in spite of that the team was still extremely nice, fast, efficient and professional. Great experience! I’ll definitely be back :)

  I am always extremely impressed with the communication across the team at this location. Quest does a fantastic job uniting the team with collaborating on issues and communicating every aspect of the process even down to communicating that caps and everything is put back exactly the way it should be. always going the extra mile with filling up tires and washer fluid makes owning a car and keeping it serviced that much easier.

  The guys working were nice, and that’s the extent of positives. I came for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. There were communication issues amongst the employees, such as the guy greeting customers didn’t tell the guy working on my car everything I wanted done, but that’s not even my concern. My concern is that when they lifted my car for a tire rotation they had no idea where they were placing the jacks and completely crushed the underside of my passenger side frame. The employee denied wrongdoing until I showed him the photo that I took while it was occurring. Worst part of this whole ordeal is that I called and left the manager a voicemail and sent texts with photos and still haven’t heard anything. I’m currently working with an auto body shop to assess the extent of damages and then will have to seek out Valvoline corporate. Such a productive use of my time.
