  Had the pleasure to get my oil change in air. Filter by Dion, he made The Visit very pleasant. And I felt comfortable, and he answered the questions that I had great service. Also love the vibe there

  Great experience! Employees were super nice and gave me options and did not add any random charges like other places have. I believe it was Todarian and Deontae that helped me (what the receipt says). Definitely ask for them!! Will for sure be coming back😊 Always like to give credit where it is due since I've been ripped off many times at other places.

  Came here for an Auto Inspection. Very fast and efficient. Team was super helpful and Andrew and his crew did a great job. Definitely recommend this place!

  If you have a fleet vehicle, I would not recommend bringing it here. They appear to submit every possible service for approval because they know many fleet companies trust the mechanic's recommendations and will approve the work. My vehicle only has 45,000 miles, yet they performed an air conditioning flush and recharge that wasn't needed. No one asked whether I wanted this service. Instead, I was simply told, "Your air conditioner flush was approved—it'll take another 30–35 minutes." After waiting closer to an hour, I questioned why the service had been done when there was no indication it was necessary. This wasn't the only issue. They also replaced my engine air filter well before it had reached the recommended replacement interval. It felt like they were approving and performing maintenance early simply because the fleet company would pay for it, rather than because the vehicle actually needed it. The response I received made it seem that, with company vehicles, they don't typically ask the driver before performing additional work—they just complete whatever the fleet company approves. In my opinion, that creates an incentive to recommend unnecessary services to increase the bill. Based on my experience, I left feeling that maximizing revenue was more important than providing honest, necessary maintenance. I would not trust this shop with a fleet vehicle and would not recommend it.
