There was a gentleman that was told to pull in front of me as I was in the other line. My husband and I both were there and originally I was behind him. Long story short, the gentleman who pulled in front and therefore was serviced first noticed it separated my husband’s car and mine. He ended up paying for my inspection. I was floored at his generosity, good will and kindness. This is to say there are good people in this world and you can find them at the Valvoline Instant Oil Change on Montford Drive in Charlotte, NC.
- TNTom NashMay 23, 20262.0Be careful going here for an oil change. The sticker they’ll give you after a full synthetic oil change states you would be due again in 3k miles. Full synthetic is good for a lot longer than that. Do your homework on it. When I asked about it, they told me that it’s “company policy to recommend 3k for liability purposes.” That’s ridiculous.
