- BBBevo4 days ago2.0Went in to do an inspection and tire rotation. They wouldn't do the tire rotation and didn't give a reason. There was no wait.

The haste also led to an overcharge on the oil change performed despite presenting a coupon for discount. After several attempts to call the shop - it would go straight to voicemail/front desk not available - I felt compelled to share my experience here. What should have been a ~$65-70 oil change ended up closer to ~$100.

The oil change was completed but the tire rotation could not be done bc my car did not have its wheel locks to remove the tires. They charged me for a tire rotation that was not completed. I had called a week later and they knew about it and said a manager would contact me. I still have not been refunded for a service that was not done on my car. God forbid you have an issue. They will not resolve it. Ill pass on valvoline.

The guys here are fantastic, have never waited for more than probably 15 minutes. Always happy to help with anything, whether that’s replacing a headlight, testing my battery or filling up my tires! 10/10 recommend!
