  I had a great experience here. The staff was professional, knowledgeable and efficient from start to finish. They took the time to verify the correct oil filter for my Kia Stinger instead of assuming, which showed they cared about doing the job right. They explained what my car needed without trying to upsell me on unnecessary services. The oil change was quick, the team was respectful and the whole process was straightforward. It’s hard to find a shop that values honesty over sales, and this location earned my trust. I’ll definitely be back for future maintenance.

  Was very impressed with the level of customer service and detail. You could tell that the manager (Matt) was investing in the staff. They were thorough and very communicative with me and with each other. They were even attentive to my daughter in the car and the questions she had. I usually don’t do reviews or surveys but I even went out of my way to tell the team there that I was impressed. For as boring as getting an oil change can be, it was a noticeably good experience.

  I had one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had at this location. After getting an inspection and oil change here in April, my car immediately began dripping and pouring oil nonstop. When I checked under the hood, I found the air filter housing left open and tissues inside the engine area, which is extremely careless and dangerous. I went back to the shop to have them recheck their work, and I was told there was “nothing they can do,” even though the problems started right after their service. Because of their negligence, the oil leak continued until my radiator blew, and now my car is completely out of service. I’m currently stuck paying for a rental car out of pocket, which my insurance will not cover — all because of the damage caused by this shop. This has been stressful, expensive, and completely avoidable if the job had been done correctly the first time. I would strongly warn others to avoid this location. Their lack of accountability and poor workmanship caused major damage to my vehicle and left me with significant costs.
