I reached out to Valvoline Customer Care, honestly not expecting much of a response. I was pleasantly surprised when the manager of the Charlotte Cotswold location called me personally. He took the time to review the video footage of the technician working on my vehicle and committed to tracking down the missing access cover and sending it to me. True to his word, a new part arrived and the issue was fully resolved. It's rare these days to find a company that goes the extra mile to make things right, and the Cotswold team did exactly that. Valvoline's commitment to customer satisfaction really shone through. Well done!

He was very professsional, clear spoken, clear directives, just personable enough to make the visit pleasant. Great experience in getting an oil change!!
