- BBBryan BerryMay 11, 20263.0I know that it's their training - but, "I only want my oil changed, nothing else" should prevent a never-ending barrage of other sales pitches. It felt awkward for both the service rep and me near the end, when I repeated "just the oil" for the 3rd or 4th time. I'm not sure who was happiest when the service was over, me or him. Good kid, and I know he was just doing his job - so my request would just be to teach them to pick up on body language or voice tone of the customers.
