- CCCourtney Coughlin6 days ago1.0Went here for a quick inspection. The guy with dreads, blonde tips told me I needed a current registration. My registration is current, however I only had a paper registration from the year prior — nothing has changed. This guy told me he couldn’t do it unless I paid him cash personally. Very unprofessional and audacious to try and surcharge me for personal gain. I drove to the next valvoline with no problem. Not to mention, an unregistered car can be inspected to get registered and legitimate companies now have the capabilities to E verify through NCDOT as of 10/1/2026. Integrity issues like this should have this kid looking for another job — do it to customers and he’ll do it to your business. Good luck.
- GKgmail kanSep 28, 20265.0My experience was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The entire team was friendly, professional, efficient, and genuinely attentive. They explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the entire oil change process quick and stress-free. I really appreciated how thorough they were while still respecting my time. The level of customer service was outstanding, and I left feeling confident that my vehicle was well taken care of. I would absolutely recommend this Valvoline location and will definitely be returning!
- NCNicolas De CastroSep 23, 20261.0Went in for a simple inspection. I was told my tires would not pass. My tires are basically brand new and I work from home. Went down the street to your competitor who passed my car and told me my tires passed inspection.
- SPSavannah Holmes (Persephone)Sep 18, 20265.0I started going to this location because of how close it is to my work, and it's my preferred location now. I've never had to wait, and the staff are always professional and efficient. I'm always out in under 15 minutes. Rodney, the manager, is especially great.
- RPRobin PharrSep 9, 20265.0I just read a story about the workers at this location who jumped into action to help during an accident that occurred in front of their store. They contacted police and medic and stayed with the woman who was trapped in her vehicle so she wasn’t alone. Thank you for being exceptional human beings and heroes.
