  From the moment I arrived, I received nothing but incredible customer service! I was so impressed with the knowledge, friendliness, and care from the team that it made enough of an impact for me to take time out of my day to leave this review. I even made sure to write down the names of the three employees who helped me. James, Justin, and Rodney are stellar workers who made me feel right at home rather than just another customer at a store.

  I had an amazing experience at this location! The employees were incredibly helpful, friendly and personable. They were fast with my oil changed and helped me with my cabin filter even though it was difficult, they never made me feel bad about my difficult filter. When I had questions they were able to answer even with the poor knowledge I had about my question. This is a location I will continue to go to!

  The only reason I’m not giving this location a 1-star review is because of the effort the team ultimately made to try to find a solution. I purchased a battery from this location just over a year ago, and it recently completely died. I returned to the location expecting to have it replaced, only to be told that they had zero record of the purchase and therefore couldn’t verify that I had purchased the battery from them. I was told that my only option was to purchase a new battery. I explained exactly what happened when I originally purchased it, including describing the employee who helped me. I was told that he no longer worked there. I also explained that, at the time of the original purchase, the battery was not in stock, so the employee had to run up the street to NAPA, purchase the battery, bring it back, install it, and charge me for it. After roughly 45 minutes of searching and trying to verify the purchase, I was ultimately told that they could not replace the battery and that I would have to pay for another one. What makes this especially frustrating is that I’ve had car batteries last me years, so having this one fail after just over a year is disappointing enough. Being told that I then had to purchase another battery because their records couldn’t verify my original purchase made the situation even more frustrating. I’ve been coming to this Valvoline location for years, which is why the outcome was particularly disappointing. I expected them to stand behind the product and take care of a longtime customer. Unfortunately, the experience left me feeling like I was being taken advantage of. In this economy, spending money on a replacement battery when I had already purchased one from the company is not something I take lightly. If they had simply replaced the battery, they would have retained a longtime customer. Instead, I won’t be returning to Valvoline. This was a very poor outcome and a disappointing way to treat a customer who has supported this location.

  Technicians were polite, quick and kept me informed. Really appreciate the professionalism. Third time here with my car. Really appreciate them using the method of sucking out the oil and not putting stress on the oil plug.
