  The Full Synthetic Oil Change I had done last week was very quick. In fact, it seemed as though it was completed in about 20 minutes, which was much faster than when I also took my car there for the first time last year, and it took over 1.5 hours before I got my car back. That may have partially been due to them also doing a Free Tire Rotation with the oil change that was supposed to be included in the Oil Change Special this time as well. Plus it was noted by the Mgr., as included when I called to ask the price and what all was included in the Full Synthetic Oil Change, before I then made an 1:00pm appointment for later that day But, when they'd finished so quickly and had already brought my car out of the Service area and returned my key, after I paid, it then dawned on me to ask if they had indeed also done the Free Tire Rotation, to which the Front Desk Person replied, 'No, because it wasn't requested." I then responded that since both the coupon he showed me, as well as the female (Mgr.?) whom I talked with by phone said it was automatically included in the Oil Change Service that I didn't know that I had to then "specifically request the free Tire Rotation when I brought in my car!" Thus, I'm not happy about an advertised and Tuffy Mgr Confirming beforehand that the Full-Service Oil Change includes a Free Tire Rotation, which they later Did Not provide, nor ask me if I wanted or Not? And, since they'd already removed my car from the Service Bay area, it was paid for, and my key had been returned to me, I didn't want to have to wait again for my car to be taken back in for the promised free Tire Rotation. Yet, this issue, along with another $10.00 more discrepancy about the price I was told on the phone that the Full-Synthetic Oil Change would cost, and what tvhe store clerk initially tried to charge me is Why I only gave this visit a four Star rating, and I was almost tempted to give it only three stars. However, since the Service Technician also automatically, kindly, and Freely washed the outside of my car, before returning it to me, I didn't want to overlook or ignore this much-appreciated, thoughtful, unrequested Service either. But, it still feels like a kind of "Bait and Switch Marketing ploy when the "Free Tire Rotation" is advertised and stated as included in a Full Service Oil Change, but subsequently then Not provided or even asked about until I the Customer asked about it?? Consequently, Tuffy will Not be the first place I consider taking my car to for any future maintenance or repairs.

  Josh was very helpful annd nice while discussing car issues, and so was the gentleman at the front desk (forgive me for forgetting his name) love coming to Tuffys for my oil change and more!

  I am so thankful to have my vehicle back and feeling like brand new again! While the labor and parts were a bit on the higher side, the quality of the service made it worth it. A huge shoutout to Derrick—his customer service skills are top-notch, and he has such a welcoming, friendly smile that makes the whole experience better. Thank you all for getting my vehicle back to 100%!

  These guys just saved me a hot trip to Ohio. I took my truck in to have the ac diagnost and they were able to get it going the same day! Josh buddy! You're a life saver man. Thank you to all the rest of the staff as well. Everyone is super friendly. 👌

  I used to trust this place, until a recent experience where I was told I needed my entire emergency brake system replaced (almost $3,000.00-most of it "labor"). And that they would need this done to pass my for inspection. While it is true that my Emergency brake wasn't working...upon having a friend inspect, it was a loose bolt. At least 1 of 2 things is true here...they have completely incompetent techs or they're shady. My friend was able to spot the loose bolt & fix it in 5 minutes for free. Completely avoid this place or at a minimum get a 2nd opinion. Very disappointing as I have had lots of work done on multiple cars here. Feel very taken advantage of as a woman and single mom. I have the "inspection report" in case there's some dispute about what they told me or they try to gaslight me on here that I misunderstood.
