  I had such a great experience! Josh was absolutely amazing—patient, kind, determined, and very informative throughout the entire process. He truly went above and beyond to make sure he was able to fix my tire and didn’t give up until the job was done. His dedication, professionalism, and willingness to help really stood out and were greatly appreciated! Derrick was also an excellent customer service representative. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming, and made the overall experience even better. Thank you, Josh and Derrick, and the other team members for providing such outstanding service! It’s always refreshing to encounter people who genuinely care about their customers. I would definitely recommend this location for great service but the price was expensive for one tire.

  I was in for a routine oil change. While waiting on my vehicle, a truck pulled into the parking lot with snacks and beverages for sale. Josh, the shop manager, offered to buy me whatever I wanted. I gratefully accepted a Minute Maid lemonade. It was a small gesture on his part, but his kindness and generosity will go a long way with me!

  I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience at Tuffy Auto Service! I’ve always felt a little intimidated walking into auto repair shops, but from the moment I walked in, they made me feel completely at ease and comfortable. Chasity was extremely knowledgeable about what my warranty covered and took the time to make sure I understood everything. Derrick was also incredibly helpful and reassuring. He made me feel confident that I wasn’t going to be bombarded with unnecessary services or repairs, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. They even arranged a rideshare to get me home when I dropped my car off, which I really appreciated. And one of the things I appreciated most was that I never had to call and ask for an update on my car. They consistently kept me informed throughout the entire process. The customer service, communication, honesty, and professionalism really stood out to me. It’s refreshing to find an auto repair shop where you can feel comfortable and trust that you’re being taken care of. I will definitely be returning to Tuffy for my future automotive needs and would highly recommend them to anyone who feels nervous or uncomfortable dealing with auto repair shops.

  This review is extremely late but definitely worth posting. Last month my car air conditioner stopped working so I started my research to find a company that has been in business for many years, who has ASE certified technicians and did not have made up customer reviews. A company that valued each customers concerns about their car. While doing my research I came across a company named Tuffy Tire & Auto service. So, I gave them a call to test the waters. A gentleman by the name of Derrick answered the phone. I explained to him the problem that I was having with my a/c. Now keep in mind I had no knowledge on how a car a/c works. Derrick took the time to explain everything to me about a/c’s. While he was explaining things to me I took a moment to look at the phone because I could not believe that I was actually talking to someone at an auto shop. You may ask why did I feel this way. Derrick was patient, kind and absolutely welcoming and he never ever rushed me off of the phone. So I look to make sure that I was actually speaking to someone at an auto shop. When I got off of the call to digest the information that Derrick gave me and then decided that Tuffy Tire & Auto was just the place for me. So I called back and made an appointment to have my ac fixed. So the morning of my appointment I walk in and I get the warmest good morning from Derrick as if I have known him all of my life. Hmmm another bonus for Tuffy. Now comes the hard part finding out if my ac can be repaired or will I have to buy a new condenser. Unfortunately it was the latter a new condenser. What I admired so much is that Josh(my technician) sent me a picture of the ac working with a hole in it. I knew then that they were not lying to me just to get me to purchase a new condenser. Now let me introduce you to Josh was kind, patient, warm and has a great sense of humor. Josh took the time to explain my options to me along with his recommendations and the reasons why he recommended them. As you already know I asked him a bunch of questions too and to my surprise I received the same type of patience and I received from Derrick. I by no means felt rushed. Josh made sure that all of my questions were answered and I understood what the next action would be. When I tell you that Derrick and Josh worked with me to get my ac fixed beyond anything I have ever experienced in my life. Well that’s the God honest truth. I knew then that this choice of auto shop was definitely lead to me by God and I am so grateful to God, Derrick and Josh. If you are looking to have your vehicle serviced and being treated as a valuable customer on purpose Tuffy Tire & Auto Service is definitely the place for you. Derrick and Josh (I call him Joshy because that is how comfortable I felt with him) are the absolute best! You feel welcome from both of them. Both have given me the best customer service experience I have ever received from an auto repair shop! So again, if you are looking to have your car repaired and are looking for a company that has employees that are extremely knowledgeable, patient and genuinely care about the service they will provide then Tuffy Tire & Auto Service is the place for you!
