  Went to Tuffy Auto to get a diagnostic on my 2014 Mazda3. The diagnostic was comprehensive, with pictures and detailed information about recommended repairs. I needed to get new control arms and wheel bearings and they were able to do it the same day. They also had an Uber drop me off and pick me up so I wouldnt have to wait there for hours. The issue, however, wasn't completely resolved as the alignment was off after installation and the rotors were squealing. Returned instantly to notify them of the issue. But once again, very professional and addressed the issues as needed. Overall, I had a great experience. I especially like that you can schedule appointment for the next day and they will work on your car at the scheduled time.

  Made an appointment beforehand to get my car inspection and they made it so easy checking in and didn’t take very long. They’re also all so nice and respectful. I’ve come here before for an inspection and it was the same, quick, easy and extremely pleasant.

  Went to get a simple oil change inspection and tire rotation it was 7:30 a.m. I was told I would need to leave my vehicle went to Valvoline I was done in thirty minutes no wait sounds like tuffys don't want to make money long time customer never going back
