  Amazing customer service!! I came in not truly knowing what I needed done and was able to get my oil changed and a full service on my car. They kept me updated on everything and made sure I approved of anything that was done on my car. reasonably priced and they were able to get me in and out within an hour with other customers ahead of me. Thank you Terry! I will be back!

  The new manager, Terry, greeted us with a smile and was happy to help us. They did a light and break inspection and completed my oil change quickly and efficiently. Each staff member showed and explained their recommendations. This was the best experience I’ve had at this location. Very thorough. I will be back.

  The service at Strickland Brothers was great for my oil change and vehicle inspection. It was quick, professional, and convenient. Terry, the manager, personally worked on my vehicle and was friendly and very thorough. He made sure everything was taken care of and explained the service clearly. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service and will definitely return.

  I stopped by Stricklands on Albemarle Road in Mint Hill to get my car inspected. I was greeted by a very nice guy with a bottle of water. I was next in line so I waited inside for the short time it took to inspect my car. Another very nice guy took my payment then Terry who did the inspection said I was ready to go. I have been here before for oil changes and have always had great customer service. Hard to find that these days. I told the cashiers at Publix to stop in for great service. I will pass this on to all my friends in this area. Thanks guys for very fast and friendly service.

  Got my oil changed at Strickland Brothers today, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Even though there was a bit of a line when I arrived, the customer service was excellent right off the bat. The manager was extremely attentive and went out of his way to hand out water to everyone waiting in their cars—a small gesture that made a huge difference. He was actively training a few new team members while managing the line, but everyone was doing their absolute best, moving efficiently, and handling the work with complete professionalism. It’s rare to see a team work so well together while onboarding new staff. Fast, friendly, and top-tier service. I’ll definitely be coming back to Strickland Brothers for my next oil change!
