I mean, this place is a clean shop, a well managed shop and all the employees are very helpful. Their oil change prices are now the same price as dealerships though. Their price of inspection is $30. Which is everybody's price? They are quick with service, but if they lower their prices of just regular routine maintenance, I think there'd be a lot busier and a lot more successful.

Needed somewhere to check out my car last minute- Khalil and Jae were super efficient and got me in/out of there quickly with no hassle. I'd definitely recommend this place.

Good service, the waits don't appear long, although I haven't had anything major needed to be done. Good customer service and a pricing seems reasonable. They also do inspections.

My son recently visited the 3102 location for an inspection, oil change, rear suspension evaluation, and an engine noise check. The battery light was not on when he arrived — something the manager later acknowledged. After the services were completed, he paid and left. Within two blocks, the battery light came on, so he immediately returned. The shop checked the car and said the alternator wasn’t charging, but their first response was that they “did not cause this” and handed him back his key. No further inspection or effort was made to determine whether anything during the service could have contributed to the issue. Because the battery was dying and the car would not be drivable for long, we had to take it to another shop the same day, where the alternator was replaced for over $700. I contacted corporate the same day. The representative agreed the situation could have been handled better and said the district manager would follow up. The district manager did call my son, but the conversation was limited. She asked whether he believed the shop performed the proper checks — something he couldn’t reasonably know — and if they provided a cost to fix the problem. The shop never provided him a quote. She apologized and told him he could reach out if he wanted to use their services in the future, but that was the extent of their conversation. Given that the alternator failure happened immediately after service, and the follow‑up did not address the concern, this experience was disappointing. We understand mechanical failures happen, but the timing and the lack of meaningful support left us with a costly repair and no real explanation.

Pulled in yesterday bc I had a tire that I had got a piece of metal in. I was desperate bc it was losing air at a couple of psi per traffic light. It was about 515 pm when I I got there and they close at 630 I think it was. Plenty of time to change on tire. I drive a ford explorer so he said we don’t keep those on site. You have to come in and pay the full amount and come back tomorrow. I looked online and found other places for tires that only make you pay a reservation fee of $25 to order the tires. So I left and put some fix a flat in it. Went to Mavis Tire where I could have got a Goodyear tire for $140 not $200 or more. And instead of just being a money grab they actually told me the truth and said sir you don’t need to replace this tire. It’s fine we will patch it. It’s perfect patching status. It’s a little piece of wire that went straight in and the location is perfect for a patch. I knew all of this already as I’m 45 years old and had tires patched before.
