  $1600 I took my car on Thursday, today is Sunday and the same problem is happening. They gave me the diagnosis of cracked radiator for overheating, I needed the car to work and I couldn't take it to a second opinion in other store . The mechanic who attended me said he would request the part and on Friday the part would arrive in the morning and it would take a few hours to change the radiator. But suddenly 3 hours after I went home, someone called me and said that the car was ready, I replied "are you sure? “ because The other guy told me to come back Friday because he didn't have the piece besides being a complex and time-consuming job Anyway, I went to pick up my car, the invoice wasn't there, I had to return the next day to ask for a invoice to be issued. It was $1600 with financing interest. I will change my Review after an explanation of the diagnosis, and don't come to me with "now the problem of overheating is another piece" I won't accept that, the diagnosis was RADIATOR. So please explain to me what happened or cancel the charge.

  I've been coming here for around 20 years, and I've never felt ripped off. They have their standard prices posted for everything, so you know up front what thinks are going to cost when it's scheduled maintenance time. The service manager Sam is absolutely amazing. Whenever I go on a road trip, I tell them and they always double-check everything. Exceptional service all the way around.

  Had my state inspection here the other day. As always, the folks here are friendly and the service is fast! Very clean and nicely appointed waiting area. Been going here for 3 years now. Previously I had all 4 rotors and brake pads replaced. They did a great job and at a very reasonable price. Check them out. You will be glad you did!

  James was so knowledgeable and kind and sincere with my daughter and her very first car inspection! We even had the brakes looked at just in case and they were so honest whether something was wrong or not which is so appreciative these days. I can’t say enough about James and his happy personality! He tells the truth and knows what he is talking about, we left feeling so comfortable and happy and taken care of! Also the sweet lady at the front desk was so helpful and knowledgeable on many other tips that helped us finish our car inspection, she took the time to write things down for us so we will know for the future

  I have four cars that I take to SpeeDee Pineville for oil changes and anything else. Sam Coleman and the whole staff do such a fantastic job taking care of me. He is always fair and reliable and does what he say's he going to do. I highly recommend this SpeeDee location because of the excellent service i receive from Sam Coleman and his staff.
