  I am so pleased with SpeeDee Oil Change & Auto Service. I went in, never being There before and they welcomed me in and gave me World class Customer Service. I really appreciated the professionalism and how they thoroughly went through everything they did while they were doing the oil change. To top it all off the Customer Service in the office was phenomenal as well.. I will definitely be back and refer other people to them.

  Ethan and Elijah did an excellent job changing the oil in my car. They were professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable about what they were doing. On top of that, they are incredibly friendly and charismatic, which made the whole experience even better. They explained everything clearly and made sure I felt confident about the service. It’s rare to find people who are both skilled and genuinely kind these days, but they definitely are. I would highly recommend them and will be coming back again in the future!

  I gave a 1 because 0 wasn’t an option. More than once I have been robbed. Make sure you look over the entire bill to see if coupons etc. were deducted. There is a reason why their pricing is so clouded. If you bring your own oil filter…make sure it’s deducted. I made a cold call to see how much an SUV with premium synthetic oil would be ( filter included)…$109.00. I brought my own filter, and was originally charged $154. After complaining more than once, I was told my oil change should have cost $199, as if they did me a favor. I will never go back.

  I arrived at 11:30 am for an oil change. Got called back to review very quick awesome was told it would be 15 more min. Waited another hour and 15 min only to watch the man who helped me realize I was still here and hustle to find the paperwork which he had apparently left in the vehicle instead of giving it to the receptionist. Extremely frustrating to see at least five other customers come in and out while I’m still waiting on a simple oil change. Finally left the parking lot at 1:15 pm. Can’t say I’ll return after that.
