  I had an excellent experience renting from SIXT today. Donna was incredibly helpful at the front desk, and when I went to pick up the car, Chris truly went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. I was especially concerned about gas mileage due to the high cost of gas right now, and Chris took the time to find the perfect vehicle that was fuel-efficient without compromising comfort. He was friendly, professional, and it was obvious that customer service is very important to him. He even personally went downstairs to retrieve the specific car he thought would be best for us. The car was perfect, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I am definitely a satisfied customer and will absolutely rent from SIXT again. Thank you!

  I was reluctant to try SIXT instead of my usual Hertz. So glad I did. There was a super long line at the Hertz counter but with 3 agents at SIXT, we got our car quite quickly. Great service is the main reason I am giving it 5 stars. Tim was very warm and efficient. Glad we upgraded from a Toyota Corolla to a BMW hybrid X-1. Looks new and was clean. The other staff were all helpful and friendly too.

  Absolutely terrible experience with SIXT. They waited 6 months to suddenly pursue me over alleged “damage” without a single phone call, email, letter, or any legitimate attempt to contact me beforehand — despite having all of my contact information the entire time. What makes this even more outrageous is that the exact damage they are claiming was already documented on the original rental agreement as preexisting damage before I ever took possession of the vehicle. They are literally trying to hold me responsible for damage that was already noted at pickup. The entire process feels intentionally deceptive and predatory. Instead of promptly notifying customers and handling disputes transparently, they appear to delay claims and then apply pressure through collections/credit reporting tactics after enough time has passed to catch people off guard. After researching further, I found many other customers reporting the same pattern: delayed accusations, lack of communication, and aggressive collection efforts months later. That is not how an honest company operates. If you rent from SIXT, document absolutely everything, take photos/videos of every inch of the vehicle, and keep every piece of paperwork. I would never rent from them again.

  We had a great experience with Sixt. It was my first time using this company. I wasn’t even sure they were a legitimate company. I can assure you they are legitimate! I needed a luxury vehicle immediately when Hertz failed to honor my reservation that was made a week in advance. Hertz called me to cancel my reservation 15 minutes before pickup. I came across Sixt and made a reservation. Now it was very difficult to understand and hear the reservationist which made me skeptical. However, after arriving at the airport for pickup, everything went smoothly. Donna was great! She was personable, pleasant and professional. She assisted in providing us with a car that met all of our needs. I am a fan and will definitely use this company again in the future.

  Extremely disappointed, only purchased because it said hassle fee , check in online and go strait to your car, got hit with an online message saying I had to go to rental counter. Rental counter said they can't check me in yet , I'll have to wait. Been on hold 1 hour and 15 min trying to get this resolved. Rental counter says if she checks me in they will charge me an extra day. Will absolutely not recommend this Rental company. Have rented 5 cars in 3 months and this is by fat the worst experience ever Edit: this was typed in frustration at the moment. I am changing the review due to management reaching out and making it right. Honestly, mistake will always be made , what makes a good company is how they handle it. Thank you management. This review is no longer justified.
