I paid out-of-pocket eight days later to split in the windshield started again. I contacted customer service. They promised me that they would apply the amount I paid to the full windshield replacement, which was recommended to me by customer service that was not done. However, the location did take money off of the full windshield replacement, but it was not the amount of the original resin service.
