  Excellent windshield replacement service from start to finish. Aaron was professional, courteous, and clearly knew what he was doing. The replacement was completed efficiently, with careful attention to detail, and the finished installation looks excellent. Communication was great, the appointment was handled as promised, and there was no unnecessary hassle. I especially appreciated the care taken to make sure everything was installed correctly and the vehicle was left clean. It’s obvious Aaron takes pride in his work and values his customers. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing windshield replacement. Great service and a job well done!

  After years of using Satellite, I had horrible experience at a different nearby location that made a chip turn into a 12+ inch crack within and had Horrible Customer Service Afterwards!!! I was recommended this location and they have restored my faith in the Safelite company!!! The staff is amazing! Everyone was very nice and professional! They kept me informed of the progress of my windshields replacement and finished the replacement in 2hrs vs the 3-4hrs that I was originally quoted it would take! Will Definitely use this location for any future windshield issues!!!

  Worst windshield replacement ever. The person only Installed one of the new wiper blades. So I have an old wiper and a new wiper. There is debris and trash from the installation all over my dashboard. The person did not leave my sticker for the toll road in my vehicle or put it back on the new glass as they have done in the past. Both of the appointments I had booked they were late and one could not perform the installation. due to how late they were arriving. The next appointment, the person was outside the appointment window. On top of everything it rained The night they installed the windshield and the next morning there was water on my dashboard, dripping from my sensor array in my windshield. Also, it does not look like the rearview mirror is properly installed. So overall, if I could give them negative stars, I would not happy at all.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience with SafeLink, and I especially want to recognize James for providing such excellent customer service. From the very beginning, James was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and make sure I fully understood the process before moving forward. What really stood out to me was his patience and positive attitude. He never made me feel rushed or like I was asking too many questions. Instead, he was kind, respectful, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was handled correctly. That level of customer service is not always easy to find, and it truly made a difference in my overall experience. James made what could have been a stressful or confusing situation feel simple and easy. He was attentive, courteous, and very knowledgeable about SafeLink’s services. I appreciated how he stayed focused on resolving my concerns and making sure I was satisfied before the interaction ended. Employees like James are a great representation of a company and the type of service customers hope to receive. SafeLink is fortunate to have someone who genuinely seems to care about helping people and making sure customers have a positive experience. Thank you, James, for your outstanding service, professionalism, kindness, and patience. You truly went above and beyond, and I greatly appreciate everything you did to help me. I would definitely give James and SafeLink 5 stars and would highly recommend their customer service to others!

  I tagged along with my wife for this glass replacement appointment. I have to say, I left the Carrier Road location completely satisfied with the level of service we received. From the manager - Scott G to our technician Scarlet - I was very impressed that every detail of the visit and my request for a calibration report was accommodated. This was not the closest location to our home, but should we need glass replaced in the future - this will be our preferred place to go. Thanks Scarlet and Greg for a wonderful customer experience!
