- RHRon Haskell5 days ago5.0These guys were a bright spot in a really negative experience (someone smashing out my car window at our Air BnB). We had to drive back to Washington DC and not only did they take our car next day, the guys were generous enough to squeeze us in as a priority. In and out and headed back to DC in 90 minutes….. couldn’t have asked for better service.
- AJArthur Rogers, JrOct 3, 20261.0I am completely dissatisfied with Safelite. They repaired my windshield and in the process damaged both of the side pillar trim pieces. I took it back and it has been over a month since then and they still have not replaced them as the manager promised. Additionally, I purchased the wiper replacement as recommended by Safelite to comply with their warranty. Today the wipers that Safelite put on flew off on the passenger side as I was going down the highway in heavy rain at about 65 mph. Now my new replacement windshield has a scratch in it from the wiper arm and no windshield wiper. My car is a limited, no longer in production, vehicle and I need this to be fixed correctly. I wish I had never taken my car there. This experience has been the worst.

- JOJerry OatesOct 1, 20265.0Safelite came to my house to replace the windshield on my 2018 Buick Encore. The technician named Justin did a great job replacing my windshield in a timely manner and afterwards the finish windshield replacement came out great! I would recommend Safelite to anyone who’s looking to get their car windows replaced. The best part about doing business with Safelite is that they guarantee their product with a lifetime warranty. Thank you Safelite for a job well done.
