- BBBlueRidgeBearMay 14, 20261.0so when you are an older person and take diuretics and you got to pee like on demand. so i came here and the men's side of the bathroom doors has been permanently closed. so that means me, as a male, has to go into the women's door across. and when i went all the way there to the men's door about to pee myself, there is this little yellow band across the door. i open the door, floor is dry, no one inside. I Have to pee, the diruetics wont wait. so yeah i went in, as would any other man. then this person resembling a female security busts in... claims im not peeing and says she doesnt care, there's a sign... and says she cant hear me peeing. TOTALLY IGNORANT. there is a MALE worker cleaning the coffee, a female worker at the counter, and then im told i should have asked .. really. the two women said that one of "them" females could have been cleaning the bathroom. WHY WOULD A FEMALE CLEAN THE MENS ROOM WHEN THERE IS A MAN TO CLEAN THE MENS ROOM???? THEY ARE MORE WORRIED ABOUT GENDER AND FEAR, THAN REALIZING PEOPLE NEED TO GO AND BY THE TIME YOU WALK TO THE DOOR, YOU ONLY REALIZE THE DAMN DOOR IS "CLOSED" NOT ONE PERSON IN. THEY COULD HAVE SENT THE MAN INTO THE BATHROOM, NOT TREAT ME LIKE CRAP BECAUSE I HAD A NATURAL FUNCTION HAPPEN AND IT WAS WORTH IT BUT TO BE WATCHED BY THAT "FEMALE" SECURITY PERSON AS I PEED WAS UNCALLED FOR, AND WE HAVE GONE WAY BEYOND WAY WAYYY BEYOND HUMANITY.

- DKd k.May 8, 20262.0I am giving this location two stars, and only for two reasons: QT provides free air for vehicle tires, and they offer toilet seat covers. I genuinely appreciate both. However, after seven years of loyalty, I am increasingly disappointed in this stores and the direction it has taken. I have nearly run out of gas multiple times over the years because I would pass other stations just to get to a QT. Unfortunately, that loyalty has not been rewarded, and the experience has become disrespectful at this point. I’ve noticed a significant shift in the snack and dessert offerings, with many traditional American convenience‑store staples being removed. While I fully respect the diversity of our city and the value of offering a variety of cultural foods, removing long‑standing, familiar comfort items instead of simply expanding the selection feels out of touch with what many customers look for — especially during stressful times when people rely on familiar comforts. Additionally, the condition of the restrooms has declined to an unacceptable level. The lack of cleanliness is concerning and, frankly, warrants attention from health department. A company of QT’s reputation should never allow its facilities to reach that state at all its locations. Finally, the cold and dismissive attitude of the cashier this evening was the last straw. Your competitors have been working hard to earn my business, and after today, they have officially succeeded. I hope QT takes these concerns seriously and makes improvements. Until then, I will be encouraging fellow Charlotte residents to support Circle K, 7‑Eleven, and Murphy USA — on Albermarle Rd which, in my experience, is currently the best gas station in Charlotte.
