  If I could give zero stars I would. They wasted my time for over 2 hours at the dealership. Wasted my time filling out there application. Called me repeatedly multiple times, different people all over a month plus. Huge false advertising if I could sue them for it I would. Being nice goes out the window because you appear to be a snake in sheep clothing. Especially when you have people drive 30 minutes and they knew this before hand. That credit check promotion is bs. Will be sure to be calling corporate and leaving a report with the BBB.

  Great experience purchasing our PHEV from Anwar "Senior" at Queen City. We had a complicated order because our son who is in the Navy stationed overseas is coming back and wanted a PHEV also. Brandon was able to trade and find what we were both looking for. Anwar kept us updated and communicatated to us the updates without being pushy. Process was easy and I do believe Queen City went the extra mile to get us in the car we wanted at the price point that worked for us. Great job!!
