  What started out as a nerve-racking Couple hours Turned into a miracle, Now I don’t have perfect credit and I definitely don’t have a long credit history , But the amount of patience and determination these people showed me was unbelievable , They generally wanted to see me leaving that dealership with a car , so grateful ❤️

Mr.Gordon is very knowledgeable and honest .I Highly recommend him assisting you with your needs he will get the job done also BIG THANK YOU to the Fiance team as well !   I can’t thank Anwar and his team at Queen City Mitsubishi in Charlotte, NC enough for what he did for me. I came into the dealership in a really tough spot. My 2023 Outlander had major damage on the left side, my credit wasn't where I wanted it to be, and I didn't have money to put down. Honestly, I didn't think I had many options. Anwar literally worked a miracle. He didn't turn me away or make me feel bad about my situation. Instead, he took the time to work through everything and helped me drive off the lot in an amazing new Outlander—better than anything I thought I could get right now. He was honest, patient, and truly cared about helping me out when I needed it most. If you need someone who will actually go to bat for you, I highly recommend visiting Queen City Mitsubishi and asking for Anwar I'm so grateful for his help!

  Horrible experience with staff. Had to ask the service manager to go over my vehicle after his staff. (Tall skinny dude.) They put a different belt on my car than the one I brought in to install. Manager of the dealership went out of his way to assist his staff in the mess that they pulled with my vehicle. Would not recommend the service dept.
