I've been going to them for 16 years...Sweet customer service and appreciation... You can't go wrong with them... Their computer system is always correct and on point. And even the information about what's on the yard and prices are correct... All other around are not organized...

Selling my old car to pull aparts was a very good experience. From the time I made the phone call to the time the driver picked up the car. Big shout out to Brandon. This guy was on time and very professional. Great job Pull-A-part for hiring a upstanding guy like Brandon.

I am a bulk buyer from up North ,I deal with a lot of self serve yards, but this one is a few steps above the rest for me, The staff at this yard go above and beyond to help, from sending out a fork lift to bring all the frames I’ve taken out, to helping me find my phone when I misplaced it. The girls offering water when they see you needed it , at check out they are very knowledgeable and know exactly what they are doing . Always a pleasure to do business here in fact I’m going there again today.

Each member of the staff is personable, knowledgeable and helpful. The rows and location of the cars are clearly marked and easy to find. The prices are great and policy understandable. I love coming here to get the good parts I need, and often find bonus items that are a great find!

Majority of the people at this store are very nonchalant, unprofessional and have an unwillingness to help customers, resulting in horrible customer service and experience. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service. They all move like they don’t have a job or want to be there or care about people. They are short tempered with customers. The manager is rude and doesn’t try to remedy anything or assist the customer in any way. He stays cooped up in his office away from the public. To make matters worse, the customer care team isn’t even located at any location and can’t give you any updates or accurate info on anything but parts and thats sometimes, which is inefficient and unacceptable in 2026. I went in for a rim for my car I already had a tire and no one told me that the machine/equipment that separates the rim from the tire doesn’t even work and is out of commission. The staff and manager couldn’t tell me when it would be fixed which is baffling. They probably have no intention of fixing it bc it forces customers to spend more money for things they don’t need. Which is shady business practice and I have filed a formal complaint with the BBB. That day, I only had enough for what I intended to get, which was the rim because I already had already bought a tire for 118 bucks from Firestone. I asked the manager if he would just sell the rim to me with the tire at the price of the rim or a little more because I really didn’t need the tire and it wasn’t my fault that their machine wasn’t working nor was it my fault that I was not informed prior to making the hour long trip there via public transport. He was rude, apathetic, cold, snarky and unwilling to compromise or negotiate. He is a disgusting person… None of the staff mentioned that the tools upfront were for customers to use to pull parts with and this is the second time I’ve been there. Pull apart is just not a customer centric or friendly company and I wouldn’t suggest anyone go there unless they had to. Im still waiting to hear from corporate to call me back 😐. Horrible experience, horrible people horrible customer service all around all the time. A fish rots from the head down. It really deserves no 🌟. Thats just not an option. Be better people.
