- BKBerke KayıkcıoğluAug 26, 20261.0The employees here are honestly being ridiculous. I bought two straps, a helmet, a vest, and a bunch of other things from here. Since I didn’t need the extra two straps, I came back and asked to return them. I swear, everything was still completely unopened and in the original bag, with everything clearly visible. But they told me they don’t accept strap returns. What does that even mean? I’ve been trucking for a long time and I’ve never heard of anything like this. I’ve returned straps at other places before without any problems. When I told them that, they basically told me to get the hell out. It was honestly unbelievable. I didn’t argue with them—I just took my stuff and left. I had the receipt, and I came back the same day to return them. Then I stopped at another Pilot for fuel, went inside, and asked to return the straps. I gave them my receipt, and they processed the return with no problem, were friendly about it, and the money was credited back to my account immediately. My question is, why do these people have to make everything so difficult? What’s the problem? Is it really that hard to accept a return? This is honestly ridiculous.
