Rep Zion was nonchalant about it since he's got nothing to lose; said someone called that morning to let me know the truck wasn't available, yet I had no missed calls or a voicemail from Penske.

Pickup was great in Myrtle beach, but called the drop off location and asked if it was okay if we dropped it off around lunch time and a guy said "yea that's fine just leave the key in the lockbox", neglected to check the key box before he left and then lied to his manager. We were charged for 3 days when we had the truck 48 hours. Ridiculous.
