  I always get such stellar service here. I’ve had to tire incidents in past two months, and these guys were top notch with getting my new tires and keeping me up to date with the repairs. Excellent customer service!!

  Great service. Check in was easy. They helped me choose best option for my car. Finished quickly and I appreciated the detailed invoice and pictures on the service check.

  Amazing service each time I have been there. The guy that helped me today was very nice and informative. He worked hard to get my vehicle done in a timely manner so I could get to work. I appreciate you all!

  I showed up with a nail in the center of my brand new tire at the end of a workday. The guys were really nice and helped me put on my spare and told me they’d try to fix my tire in the morning if it was fixable but I was concerned about driving on it since it was definitely deflating. Fast forward the next day the guys say the tire isn’t patchable since the nail went in at an angle …. ???? It was in the center of the tire where their diagram showed was patchable but apparently it was the “angle” the nail went in at. I didn’t know nails usually went in perfectly perpendicular. They told me they could order me a new tire for $750. So the next day I go to the Porsche dealership to get some new lug nuts because apparently those were missing and Porsche quoted me $650 for the same tire. I go to pick up my tire and they didn’t even take out the nail to attempt to patch or plug it!!! They just thought I was some stupid woman that would overpay for a tire she didn’t need. When I told them I wasn’t happy that they didn’t even try to fix my tire the guy said “we just follow the diagram ma’am”. Well I looked at the diagram and my nail was in the patchable area. My husband took my tire to our regular shop and they fixed it in 30 minutes for $35. Totally unethical.

  Went in for a n c state inspection and was told that I did not pass because my tires were older than 5 years old. I have never been told this before and this is the fifth car that I have owned and had inspected every year. When I asked the manager and the worker to show me the law it did not state five years was an automatic fail. It stated that the tread or something had to be wrong with the tire. The worker showed me on his phone this law and when he realized that he was wrong he came back and said there was something wrong with the tread on my tire. I know he was lying because this is a tire place. If there was something wrong with my tire that would have been the first thing that he would have pointed out. Oh and then they tried to say that I did not pass the inspection because of my windshield wipers. When I arrived I asked the cashier how much were their windshield wipers. I guess they thought they could try to add that on to my items that I needed also. This place is a rip off! And the law book he showed me was from year 2002. Which is 25 years old. I will never go there again for anything because they are obviously trying to cheat the customer. I knew something was wrong when the technician was poking my tire with a device. To me that was an indication that they were trying to do something to my tire so that I would have to buy a new one. I drive this car less than 2,000 miles a year so there is nothing wrong with the tread on my tires. I just had my tires checked two weeks ago. This place is a rip off. They are obviously trying to take advantage of women. Beware!
