  I was very lucky to find this hidden gem in Charlotte. I was tired of being ripped off at those 5 min drive up places where before you know it they have swindled you and jacked up their prices. At first it was convenient but quickly became damaging, not only to my pocket but to my vehicle as well. I wanted to find a reputable shop and while that sounds laughable they actually do exist. Meck Automotive far exceeded all of my expectations. As a woman, automotive shops are a nightmare because we are seen as a walking target. Not only was I greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff but I was updated through the progress and was shown the process. I felt safe and comfortable waiting in their lobby. I was preparing for a long trip and needed basic maintenance done on my vehicle. I even asked for a timeline for future services I knew were approaching and was given an honest estimate. I can’t believe that after being in Charlotte for 3 years I finally found my shop. The prices are fair the service is quick and if you are sleeping on this place then you are cheating yourself out of excellent service. Thanks guys!

  Very disappointed with these guys. They May have fixed the initial problem, but caused another . Gene suggested turning the radio up, so the noise could not be heard ...that' s coming from underneath the car that they Supposedly fixed. In addition, another comment was since I'm not driving far, the noise shouldn't matter. I wonder if he would have made such a statement to his MAMA..to drive a unsafe vehicle. I paid these guys a lot of money to repair my car, but I'm disappointed. SO JUST BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY. After reading some of the other reviews, I read where the owner offered a disappointed customer to come back and make adjustments to his problem. Wish he could have extended me the same...SMH !

  They help me with a problem that was very hard to find someone to help me with.. They did the job at a very satisfiable rate and a very quick pace and I was able to get my tow truck back and get back to work making money for my family and building my business thanks everyone over at Mecklenburg Automotive
