There's not much worse than getting in your car, turning that key and seeing that little exclamation point icon telling you that you have low tire pressure. But if you just filled up your tires yesterday and you're still seeing that warning, it may be time to replace your vehicle's TPMS sensor.

Highly recommend this place! Top-notch, same-day engine repair for a great price! Amazing experience with this place overall. I live nearby, and it wasn't my first visit. Jim and his staff are very down-to earth, reliable, professional, and I absolutely trust my car with them. You're the best in Dilworth and beyond!

I made an appointment in advance for 2 new tires changed and a brake check. Over 2 hours of waiting, I received one correct tire and one entirely different tire, not what I paid for. I didn’t notice until I drove around a few days, and my car was driving unsteady, that they gave me one city tire and one all terrain. I called and they told me that they didn’t even sell the tires I received, I have a receipt to prove the purchase at their location, and then told me to come back in “to see what needed to be ordered after I told them what I wanted. I went back where they couldn’t change my tires that day because they didn’t keep tires in stock at a tire store, so he ordered tires and I drove it back again to get them replaced. They replaced my tires, they now match, however the mechanic couldn’t even fill the tire all the way so I had to go to the gas station to put air in it. For hundreds of dollars and the inconvenience of multiple trips in for a simple 2 tire job, I do not recommend and will not be returning. I appreciate the effort to rectify the wrong doing, however 4 trips to the same store to replace tires is absurd.

Ended up getting service at the Mavis on Independence, who has customer service and honors appointment times. The girl working at the front desk at this location is terrible. They also stole my deposit, or she wasnt competent enough to process a refund. Or she just didnt care, either way have filed a dispute with my bank now. The location on Independence is good, but I wont be giving Mavis anymore business at any location. Id recommend anywhere over this particular location though.

I am incredibly disappointed with my recent experience here. I brought my car in for a squeaking sound coming from the front of the car, and over the course of three visits and more than $2,000, the issue remains unresolved.
On my first visit, I was told the squeak was likely the brakes, so I paid for new brakes and an oil change. When I picked it up, the squeak was still there, plus a new noise because the plastic wheel liner wasn't reinstalled properly. On my second visit, they fixed the loose liner and replaced the pads under warranty, but the original squeak persisted the moment I drove away. A few weeks later, I came back for a third visit. I was assured they had finally found the root cause, which required a much more expensive repair. I agreed to it, but within a few days, the squeaking returned.
I understand that older cars can be tricky to diagnose, and I'm sure this doesn’t reflect the hard work the staff puts in. However, the repeated assurance that the problem was fixed, when it clearly wasn’t, has eroded my trust in them. It is possible that since Mavis took over, the team is being squeezed to do more than they are realistically able to handle. While I want to be sympathetic to those corporate pressures, the bottom line is that I paid a lot of money for a repair that wasn't done.
It's disheartening to spend this much money only to be left back at square one. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this shop anymore, and I will have to begin the difficult task of finding another shop.
