He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood exactly what my vehicle needed without ever making me feel pressured. I've now been back to this location multiple times in order to have service done to my company vehicle. They have been excellent in every way, honest and transparent which is hard to find these days. What I appreciated most is that they don't look at you sideways when you try to tell them that you have previous mechanical experience from the past, and have decent knowledge of cars and can understand what you think the problem may be. They don't dismiss it as oh it's just another dumb customer they take it at face value and use it for deductive reasoning when finding the actual issue. I can now confidently say I would trust them to work on my personal vehicle.

I scheduled a 1:00 PM appointment for a tire rotation. I was running about 8 minutes late, so I called ahead to let them know and asked if that would be okay. They assured me it wasn’t a problem.
When I arrived, they told me they were still working on another car and that they would take mine next. However, by 1:45 PM, my car was still sitting outside, and they had already taken another car that arrived after mine.
When I asked how much longer it would take, the manager told me they were going to work on another car first. After that, they would bring my car in, which would take another 10–15 minutes, followed by an additional 30–40 minutes for the tire rotation.
Poor customer service. The level of professionalism is far worse than at the Waxhaw location.

I had a wonderful experience at Mavis on Park Road! From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. I went in simply to have a tire stem replaced, and I was pleasantly surprised that they didn't try to upsell me on additional services like many dealerships and repair shops often do.
Not only was the customer service outstanding, but their pricing was also fair and reasonable. It's refreshing to find a business that values honesty and treats customers with respect. I highly recommend Mavis on Park Road for any of your tire or automotive needs!

I had heard first hand horror stories about this shop, but my husband took our car here forgetting that I had told him we would never get our car serviced here. They couldn’t change the tire, blaming the manufacturer. Wasted an entire day when we were told it would be 30mins. Dinged our car door (we saw them do it) and then denied it. They have no respect for your belongings and will not take responsibility when things go wrong. Thankfully in our case just a ding but I have heard of wheels falling off on the highway after being serviced here.
