  WENT HERE TO GET MY CAR LOOKED AT BECAUSE IT WOULD SHAKE VIOLENTLY WHEN BRAKING, THEY LOOKED AT THE CAR AND SAID I NEEDED 2 CONTROL ARMS AN AXEL SHAFT ASSEMBLY AND A WHEEL ALIGNMENT, BECAUSE MY BALL JOINTS WERE BUSTED AND THE AXEL ARM WAS LEAKING, I PAID OVER $1,400 FOR ALL THESE REPAIRS AND BEING TOLD THE SHAKING WOULD BE FIXED, AFTER PICKING IT UP THE NEXT DAY, I LEFT THE SHOP AND LATER IN THE DAY AFTER DRIVING NO MORE THEN 5 MILES THE CAR BEGAN SHAKING VIOLENTLY WHEN BREAKING AGAIN, I WENT BACK TO THE SHOP AND ASKED IF THEY TEST DROVE IT AND THEY SAID NO, THEY LOOKED AT IT AGAIN AND SAID I NEED NEW FRONT AND REAR BREAKS AND ROTORS NOW TOO, I TOLD THEM I THOUGHT THEY SAID THE SHAKING WOULD BE FIXED AFTER THE OVER $1,400 IN REPAIRS ALREADY MADE AND THEY SAID THEY DIDN'T NOTICE THE WARPED ROTORS AND BAD BREAK PADS, LOOKED UP WHEN I LAST GOT THE BREAKS DONE AND WAS ONLY 15,000 MILES AGO I JUST HAD THEM DONE, TOLD THEM THIS MAKES NO SENSE AND ASKED IF I COULD GET A FREE REPLACEMENT WITH THE WARRANTY BUT WAS TOLD ITS BEEN OVER A YEAR AND TOO MANY MILES, SO I HAS TO PAY ANOTHER $770 FOR BRAKES AND ROTORS. I THINK THEY WANTED ME TO GET THE OTHER STUFF DONE FIRST KNOWING I TOLD THEM I ONLY HAD $1,400O LEFT ON MY MAVIS CREDIT CARD AND CONVENIENTLY DIDN'T NOTICE MY BRAKES WERE BAD UNTILL I PAID THE 1,400 AND THEY FIXED THE OTHER PROBLEMS AND NEEDED TO FIX THE BREAKS TO FIX THE SHAKING. DO NOT GO HERE VERY SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES, GOT MY TIRES DONE HERE BEFORE TOO AND THE FRONTS ALREADY NEED REPLACING ONLY AFTER 8,000 MILES! EITHER BAD TIRES OR BAD ALIGNMENT OR BOTH!

  Had an issue with my tire and I visit med Mavis Tire today. I didn’t purchase the tires from them, but they got me in quickly and were able to fix the problem. Definitely recommend!

  Nate at Mavis is the man. He handled a specialized rim repair for me with zero issues and even went out of his way to swap out my lug nuts for a fresh set on all wheels.

  Andrew helped me with my tires and made the process very quick and easy. It was a positive experience and my first time using Mavis, and I will definitely be back. Andrew was great.

  These guys are legitimately stand up! Friday, I noticed my tire was low on air. I had seen the shop On my way the gym. It was 6:30. I didn’t know it, but they close at 6. I decided to drive back and have them check my air. Although they were technically closed, they filled up the air in my tire. However, it was coming out way too fast. Abraham identified the nail and offered to just patch me up right there. Mario, the owner/manager already cashed the machine out to close shop. But he was so kind to allow them to fix my tire. On a Friday after closing! Wow:) I was driving long distance to a wedding on Saturday! And I had let them know. They literally saved me from a stress, danger of driving a flat and rushing on Saturday morning. I cannot thank them enough bc that act of kindness helped me more than they know. I made that drive and enjoyed the wedding, easy! Oh, did I mention, they didn’t charge me. Please make sure to give these guys your business. They are good people and the type of business we want to support.
