Oil is the lifeblood of every standard vehicle on the road. It's crucial to regularly check your oil and schedule oil change service for your car to ensure it runs properly. Rotating your vehicle's tires is important for maintaining and managing treadwear on your tires, and in some cases is required in order to preserve your tires' warranty.
We can service, replace, and repair exhaust systems, catalytic converters, tailpipes, and mufflers. Ensuring these systems are working properly is key to elongating the life of your vehicle and maintaining optimal performance.
Proper wheel and tire alignment helps your car's tires last longer, increases fuel economy, and improves your vehicle's handling. Our highly-trained tire alignment experts are ready to provide you the reliable, quality service you need to get back on the road.
Your vehicle's shocks, struts, and suspension are key components to ensure your vehicle's performance and a more comfortable ride. As such, it's important to properly maintain these components on your vehicle.
Nothing ruins a day faster than a dead car battery. Many factors could lead to your car not starting — a bad battery, failed alternator, or worn-out starter are just a few examples.
Our highly-trained auto technicians and mechanics have decades of experience diagnosing, repairing, and replacing worn out car batteries. We understand how important a reliable car battery is for your car or truck to run and operate reliably. Every car battery replacement and installation we perform uses trusted brands and comes with a limited warranty on parts and service.
There's not much worse than getting in your car, turning that key and seeing that little exclamation point icon telling you that you have low tire pressure. But if you just filled up your tires yesterday and you're still seeing that warning, it may be time to replace your vehicle's TPMS sensor.

I had the most awesome experience today, I was heading home and my tire indicator came on. I stopped to look and saw that I had a nail in my right rear tire. I was about about 3-5 minutes from Mavis Tire at Highland Shoppes Dr. so I made my way over to them. The sign on the door said they closed at 6:00 and it was 5:58. I told the service person Kareem that I know you are about to close but I have a nail in my tire . He said yes all of the techs are about to leave but let me look. He came outside and looked at it and said I believe it can be patched. He told me to go inside and he would get it patched. Sure enough he was fine in about 15 minutes. I took out my wallet to pay him and he said my payment was to leave a review for the service I received. I thank him because he didn’t have to fix it given that they were closing. The service was great and the price was even better. Thanks Kareem and Josh for going over and above with your customer service.

Never had to wait 1.5 hours for an inspection, that is because they don't know what's going on and they do things other than inspections. My ticket was on the desk and car was ready.. I waited as they waited on other people. Had I not asked them if my car was ready and shown them the ticket I would still be waiting , they are too busy eating donuts..

I had an appointment scheduled for new tires, at 1pm I arrived 20 minutes early, and was told that the technicians were running behind. After waiting for two hours, my car hadn’t even been touched, and I ended having to leave. No one had the courtesy to call me and let me know, things were running behind. The store wasn’t able
to process a refund, so I ended having to wast even more time on the phone with customer service. Customer service did process the refund, and told me someone would be calling to follow up with me.
It took five days to get my refund, and no one ever called. Mavis tire doesn’t care about their customers, and has no regard for other’s time. I will not bring any of my company or personal vehicles here again.
Thank you quick response to my review. The option for remediation expired, after I’d waited days for a call back. I was told I’d be contacted by management the day of my appointment, or at the latest, the morning after. I waited four days before writing the review, just to put this in perspective.
